Alarms are a good idea. I don't need them tho because I literally wait on my next meal time coming around lol

Yea I totally get you. Depressed is exactly the feeling. It ruins your week! I hate being grumpy with people but I really can't help it. I sleep a lot too it's like I don't even wanna see day light lol

Defo better not feeling that way on holiday but my luck il b getting mine again just before I go away pfffft!!

Glad you got bills paid. Ur right with the laptop. There's other important things but defo if you have the PayPal cash get it because you do need it.

Just ordered some tan accelerator, use it for 2 weeks before you go and apparently it helps you tan easier, avoids burning, and prickly heat as well. The reviews on Qvc are all really good (not that I bought it from there)! Check it out...

I need to get sun lotion defo. Not sure if I should get it here or when I'm there to be honest.

BUT if you read the reviews apparently even the pastiest people tan with it! I'll let you know how it goes!

Today's food....

Breakfast: 250g Greek yog with a strawberry sachet mixed in

Lunch: chocolate shake

Snack: chocolate shake

Dinner: 200g quorn pieces mixed with 80g of the following veg: broccoli, pak choi, spring onion, green chilli and mushroom

Was ok, got a bit bored half way through, but feel full! The quorn pieces aren't too bad!

....Totalling a lovely 787 calories today. Woop!

Now to figure out tomorrow.... With my hair appointment at 8.30 for about 4 hours, then trying to fit meals around antibiotics it's gonna be a challenge!! Hey ho, ill figure it out!

Antibiotics suck but will make u feel better by the end of it.

Wow!! Four hours yikes. Maybe a shake before you leave and bring a bar? And ur water bottle of course. Bet ul be glad when it's done xx

Yeah totally, funny how much it can vary day to days by making a slightly different choice on plan though!

Haha well no, they said they probably won't work but worth trying whilst I wait to get a docs appointment to get a referral to be cut open lol, I can live in hope though, I might go against the odds!

Yeah, I've got a bloody lot of hair, I've actually spend 6 hours in a salon before, but generally 4 tends to be the time. So... P.O.A.....

If I'm awake at 6 ill take my antibiotic. I'll have a shake just before I go about 8ish. Ill take my next tablet at 11, and I'll take my shaker with water and ice in it so if I'm still there about 12 I can shake one up (if I'm hungry) if not, I'll wait until I get home, then I just gotta be mindful of how I organise the rest of the days food around the other two but at least that's the morning sorted. Can't have yog for breakky since its not being delivered until 2-4pm and no point buying some after the hair dresser as I have 2 tubs coming! So in the afternoon I will need to fit in 1 more product, a meal and some dairy - I can always make the last product with milk if need be though, or down a glass of milk!

Oh jeez, me too, I really don't wanna be sliced!!

I know... But the kindle and my diet books will be coming with me so hopefully that'll keep me occupied. Never been to this salon before... Doesn't look like it has much daylight, shame on what is to be a lovely day!
 
Just hopped on the scales, it has become a daily thing lately, but I've not accepted I won't see them move much these days, so when they do it's nice.

I weighed in a 10st2.8 this morning, so only .2 of lb and I will have my lb for the week (i have been rounding on my sig stats, i was actually 10st3.6 last week) and it's only saturday so there's hope i might manage 1.5lbs loss nextweek if i'm lucky!

it's precisely 2 weeks before my holiday so seeing the 10st2somethings makes me wonder now if i might just reach the 9st somethings just before I go? would be nice! I know within a day i'll be back in the 10s, but still...considering I thought I'd be at target by then, I think half a stone away is a good consolation prize!
 
Are you exercising? I've been reading so much about ketosis and low carb and how you can enhance effectiveness etc.
i know you go swimming but if you do cardio every day (just 20 mins) this could have a huge impact on you and drop the scales to the 9st something your looking for ASAP x

Yeah swimming twice a week but that's about all I can for in at the moment, I can definitely see it is helping from a toning perspective, not the scalesthough.

I'm keeping an eye on my carbs from yesterday onwards since on 810 it can vary substantially - yesterday I had 44g but the day before (when I had the lentil soup recipe) I had 94g! So will be avoiding my beloved pulses for now and sticking to quorn and chicken! I think that should have an impact too

Lunch today:

Warm chicken (150g, I'm not about to start chopping up breasts to make 170g) little gem (80g) and 10ml of pizza express dressing - not allowed but I'm not gonna freak over 3g fat and 0.5g of carbs when it makes all the difference to my lunch, most of it stuck to the plate anyhow!

Hair cut done! And I'm really pleased, might not go back to my regular salon now! Just relaxing outside a little, can't stay long though since I've no sun cream on!

Haha not really a new do, just overdue maintenance - split ends and roots! Shoved it up and it's gone a bit messed up now, maybe ill show ya tomorrow!

So, had my lunch in the garden and was feeling so tired, almost fell asleep at the table, so went to bed for a little while, feel a little better now, had a (slim and save) bar but am craving more, I am parched! This is how I felt that day on hol last year!

Only 1 product and dairy left for today :-( Deffo will have yogurt as it fills me up, worst case scenario I will have an extra pack, I know it's not great but I'm really lacking energy today, glad I planned to swim tomorrow as I couldn't manage it today!

Back to early nights, been saying up too late reading! Booo! I was loving being able to stay up until 10!
 
Shopping delivery just came and I ordered an atkins bar to try... And I just ate half of it! Gonna be over on cals today now (oops) but it was nice and I will prob order some more for the odd treat!
