Tuesdays diary B- all bran golden crunch (HexB) with skimmed milk (HexA) and banana S- honey monster stix (2.5 syns) L- crab salad (it was so delish yesterday!) (1syn) S- ferrero Rocher x 2 (3.5 syns each) T - salmon with tsp Harissa (1 syn) new potatoes and broccoli..... It's got my salmon liking back 2 x coffees 3 glasses of water 1 pint of dilutey juice 1 hot water with lemon Total syns: 11.5
I loved them. I soaked the 35g oats in a vanilla muller light yogurt overnight. Then I blended it with a hand blender to make it all smooth. I had a hot tefal frying pan and made 6 small ones. They turn out better when you only make them small. I had them with splena and lemon juice and had blueberries and strawberries too. Worth a try x
I like it, but I know a lot of people that don't! Give it a try! I made a huge tub of it today which will last me about a week for lunches or side salads for meals, so expect to see it a lot in my food diaries!! <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=135819"/>
Saturday B. 1/2 a grapefruit and 1/4 melon water to drink L. Snacks full of syns!!! :/ T. Takeaway! Chicken in chilli and black bean sauce with boiled rice and chips, prawn crackers eeeek But it's been a tough week with poorly floss!!!
