Wednesday B. Ff yog with all bran golden crunch and an apple HExB L. Salad with jacket potato T. Spaghetti bolognese with cheese HExA made with lots of super free!! (Carrot, courgette) Feels like I'm not doing very well this week.
Fridays diary B. 1/2 grapefruit, green grapes, cherry ff yoghurt and kiwi S. Mocha 5 syns L. 2 ryvita cracker breads with Philadelphia light (chives) can this be a hexa? And cucumber and satsuma. 2 syns T. Beef stroganoff, lots of mushrooms, onions. Served with tagliatelle Supper ff yoghurt with cereal.
