Am quite surprised. I'm making a spag bol tonight and have been hoarding my cals all morning thinking I'd need them BUT it's actually come in quite reasonable.
Bolognese seasoned frozen mince 154 for 1/4 bag (it's got the garlic an herbs and onions in already lol thought I'd try it!!)
100g dry weight of wholewheat spaghetti which is an ok portion to be honest!!! Better than I expected lol 148
Chopped toms with garlic and herbs 55 for half the can.
Assorted bits of veg out the fridge.... Half a pepper a few sweetcorns and a large elderly flat mushroom .... 50ish.
Total...... 399 according to MFP!!! And For an extra 100 I shall add a side salad instead of garlic bread and a slice of low low cheddar melted over the top!!! MAHOOOOOOSIVE platefull

all good fun. And we're hitting the local water park later for some walking playing climbing jumping swinging fun lol. God knows what kind of burns these are......MFP says LOTS but I think it's a bit more modest lol
Tried EA active out yesterday for my wii. Dear god it was worse than a PT at the gym!!! My thighs are dying today. I had to give up two mins early as I literally couldn't get to the end of the workout. Serves me right for selected 'hard' thinking it would be like the wii fit lol. MEDIUM tomorrow!!!! Also hubby had snuck the heating on so I nearly melted.
