Hi sorry not been on for a while. Been really busy with work. Then coming home really tired. Didn't realise how long it's been since I've been on here.

WI was 1LB on. But with it being TTOTM I don't mind and with eating dominos at the weekend. Very naughty. However I have been on plan since Tuesday. No naughtiness. Just been to tired after work to do any exercise because if over time. Then not wanting to get up at 5am for exercise lol.

Hopefully tomorrow I won't be home too late and can get some done.

Tuesday:Green

Thank go it's the weekend. Got loads done today. Went through the slimming world mags and wrote my shopping list. Going to make the stroganoff, beef chow main and some other dishes thus week.

Went to asda did my shop. Cleaned the house from top to bottom. Even sorted the cupboards out. Seen my mum and grandad.

And dyed my hair. Decided my gradually going to go back to my natural colour brown.

Day: extra easy.

Breakfast and lunch: WM breakfast sarni. Bacon egg and mushroom. Tom sauce (1 syn)

Dinner: chicken chow main. (2 syns) egg friend rice. Curry (3 syns) all home made.

Well WI this morning lost 1lb. Been really good by just cant get past 13 st 9. Really frustrating. Going to drink water hardly drink any so that might help. Grrr. Might also try more red days.

Well least it's a loss.

The bf is working away for a few days, so I have put chicken casserole in the slow cooker as I'm on lates today. Joy.

What a day! I'm absolutely knackard.

Didn't get out of work till 5.52 and my bus leaves the airport at 6pm. It takes about 15 mins walking. So I have just ran there. Made it, but the bus was late. Least I raised the heart rate a bit....scratch that alot.

So many nasty people on the phone today. Can't wait to get home.
