To be happy and healthy!!! 15lbs to first goal!!

Right day 2 of week 2:
Going to be a hard one today got a 14 hour shift so need to be as prepared as possible....

Breakfast is Guna be a big one again:
Lm sausages
2 eggs
Beans or hoops
Mushrooms
2 slices of wholemeal bread (if it hasn't gone off) heb
Tom sauce (1)
Brown sauce (0.5)

Lunch:
Big bowl of veg soup (taking a food flask)
Lots of fruit

Dinner:
Pasta
Lots of veg
Some ww sauce (3)
Cheese (hea)

Snacks:
3 mini babybel (hea)
2 hifi bars (heb)
Maybe a boiled egg I know I've had two already but will be a long night haha
Lots of fruit


Really can't be on with work but it's a burlesque night so should be fun. Supervising the bar so will he on my feet most/all of the time
Fingers crossed I stick to it!!!! X

I like to mix my days up, and probably only have EE at the weekend, or when I go out

Day 2: catch up!!!

Work was AMAZING!!!!

it was a burlesque show and the acts were brilliant!!! that one off Britains got talent was on it (don't know her name) i honestly dont know how they keep them tassles on haha
there was a cabaret act on aswell who were amazing really good singers, singing about ping pong balls and stuff (ill keep it clean) lol just brilliant.
got a bit stressed i had to look after two bars then my fellow supervisor decided she was going home so i had to look after the whole thing. Just hope my manager takes a notice that it went well (fingers crossed)

anyway food wise.... i ate everything i put on my diary except the soup (no time) so dont really know if that food flask actually kept it warm :D may try again on sunday and review on here :) so only 4.5 syns today :O world record for me haha

my friend kept me a vegetarian meal behind (even though i told her not to) but i gave it to someone else (ultimate willpower) and ate my pasta which was a bit cold but i coped hehe.... demolished a litre bottle of diet coke tho :( surely there's a syn somewhere???

Anyhoo suppose i better go to bed seeing as tho its nealy 2am... not even tired might lurk on here a bit!!!! enjoy the weekend :D xxx
 
Wow! What a night! I bet it was great fun but hard work, especially running two bars. And you did so well sticking to plan despite having that food around you and probably feeling a bit stressed! And dont leave it to chance...I'd make sure you tell your boss what a good job you did!!! ;)
 
it was hard but thats work isnt it hehe
yeah ill be sending off the sign off form and consumption later.... will be making it look as professional as possible :D
back to work tonight but only 4 hours so should be ok.
just had a delicious breakfast of mixed berries and vanilla activia yogurt YUM now going to laze in bed a bit and do a bit of admin oh the joy!! :D xx
 
Aww thanks :) at a shift now tho and we are just the hired help and the bar is all going to pot and I can't take over!!!! It's bugging me loads... my friends just said "this wouldn't happen on your bar" which exactly was what I was tthinking but didn't wanna come across as an arse lol really hard to keep quiet... tried to offer advice but it's not happening.... haven't been able to have any dinner so decided to have a 4 finger kit kat... don't mind because hardly had any syns today... it wasn't that fab so wont be doing it again but filled a hole... babbling now haha
Will update the food for the day when I get home :) xx

40 reduced fat red Leicester (HEA)
chilli flakes
mushrooms
brown sauce (0.5)

Snacks:
2 hifi bars (HEB)
kiwi
orange
apple
banana
kit kat four finger (11)

didnt think i was getting any dinner and had a low syn yday so decided to get the kit kat. got home early so decided to actually have some dinner :D
love that we can do this and not feel bad :D xx

Sounds pretty frustrating watching that bar going to pieces and not being able to do anything about it. At least you tried!

You did well with your food as well. I love chocolate but find it hard to stop at one bar! In fact I could NEVER just have one bar! Xx
 
well i was in tesco and decided right lets just have one... haha was going to get a freddo but they seemed so much thinner then they used to be, i do regret having it but hey ho, when i got into work this man offered us some strawberrys and cream with chocolate in the shape as father christmas (should have took a pic) and i said no... would rather have had my syns on that to be honest. oh well you live and learn
work was ok in the end, we ran out of beer twice and in the end were offering odd bottles we could anywhere in the building haha but got to finish half an hour earlier :D

guna get up and go zumba now, its my fave class on a sunday, very intense but so much fun aswelll :D xxx

haha neither am i so i need to hurry up, havent been the gym since wed so i need to go... to be fair i do really enjoy it and been gutted the last few sundays ive missed it but i know its going to be hard :D

just about to do my washing and the washing machine door just snapped off into my hand... needs replaced its utter tosh.... so i have big boxes and things holding it in place so i can get my uniform washed.. hopefully it wont flood every where :D xx
