You're always at work! Or at an exercise class! How can you possibly get fat!!? You never sit still!!!

aww haha, its because i used to come home from work and order in or binge which isnt good. today stuck to all my own food except ate two very tiny mince pies so need to syn them

RANT ALERT!!!
asked my housemate to put the recycle bin out for tomo she said yeah and then obviously i come home at two in the morning and have to put it out!!! it wasnt that much effort for me but its the principal... and when i got in all the lights were switched on!!! grrr.... and they wonder why the electric bill is soo expensive... god i wish i could afford to live on my own :(

anyway good shift at work was a david gest charity night, kym marsh's daughter sang and she was amazing,... must run in the family :)

2 mini mince pies (9???) they were tiny tho lol

i work for an outside catering company called Pickled Walnut, we do different venue around merseyside :)
love my job but sometimes there is not enough shifts to go around. The company is growing now so hopefully ill be a proper full timer :D

resorted to putting a *knock the light off* sign on the bathroom door.. rediculous i know but its needed :D xx

Yeah just through a load of veg in and chopped tomatoes, little bit of passata and tomato puree and put between pasta sheets then put 40g reduced fat red Leicester on each quarter mmm

feel like ive ate loads today that urban fruit stuff was on offer in asda quite nice but dont think i will buy again because of the high synnage hehe we will see

think i need to find something different for healthy a aswell so im not having too much cheese, i dont drink milk so might have to break out the soya :D xx
 
Oh that lasagne looks blooming gorgeous! I really like that type of food.

Two food flasks one with lasagne and one with soup I'm thinking :)

On eBay trying to buy a Wii there's so many but keep getting outbid... will hopefully be able to slyly bid while at work hehe
 
Good luck with the Wii bidding! We've got one and go through phases of playing on it. I've bought the children some new games for Christmas so no doubt we'll be trying those out!

Don't go overdoing it at work with your double shift x

half a bowl of vegetable soup wasnt seasoned so couldnt eat the rest

2tbsp reduced fat onion and garlic dip (3)
apple/tangerine/kiwi

Snacks:
Banana

Feel like ive ate loads today, came home in the middle of second shift because my foot was killing, blister on bottom of heel ouch. weigh in tommorrow and havent a clue i would love a loss because ive stuck to the plan every day.
2.5lbs would be perfect as it would be 7 pounds off in 3 weeks (fingers crossed) but yeah would be happy with any loss

bought a wii aswell today treated myself ended up on a buy it now because the bidding was just too much and i couldnt wait anymore looking forward to that coming. Not going home for xmas so i have the wii for company christmas night on my own.

Also my nana has promised to make me some rum butter and give it to my mam (mother is visiting sunday monday tue coming) so very excited about that.

achievement today: got offered a big buffet today and turned it down there were lots of little desserts which looked and sounded (noises from others) amazing but i convinced myself they had gelatine in them so i wouldnt want them. i know deep down they didnt but i just couldnt do it to myself the day before weigh in :D xx
 
today has been sooooo HARD!!!!
started off with my weigh in where i lost 2lbs. happy but would have liked 2.5 so i could get my half a stone oh well ill do it this week :D

went to work and it was the Queenies Christmas Party in liverpool so a lot of children and A LOT OF FOOD

Sweets, candy floss, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate fountain, pizza, veggie nuggets, jelly and ice cream, fatty fizzy drinks everything!!!! and guess how much i had of it....

NONE!!!!

HAHA i know pure madness but id took a load of pasta in a food flask and had loads of fruit with me, i was tempted but thought no.... ill only be mad with myself. my mum, sister and brother are coming to visit on sunday so monday we will definitely going out for a meal so ill be treating myself that day :) sunday night im going to do a mini buffet with healthy things so i can pick but it will be free then some fatty things for them :)
brought some cookies and cupcakes home but only 3 so i wont touch them.... if it was pizza it would be a lot harder to resist i tell you.

speaking of pizza.. a new pizza hut takeaway has opened up near my house :( devastated but as long as they dont lower the prices i should be ok (skint)

Enjoy your meal out Monday - any idea where your going? If so, take a look at the menu in advance, then you can have a think and choose a yummy, and pretty good SW(ish) option
 
thanks :D i honestly do not know where this will power has come from haha

well me and my mum usually go to a mexican but everything seems so fatty, might suggest somewhere else, i bought the food directory today so i could look in that and choose.
i might just pick something i know wont be as bad but not be really strict.
guna try and have between 5 and 10 syns a day to save some for mon aswell :D xx
