Ok blow out over.
Made a homemade curry chicken, yoghurt, tomato and spices so thats healthy.. with 2 mini naans and some popadoms
Also made a batch of pancakes in my small pan.. Ate 4.. 1 with a lil bit of ice cream, 1 with choc sauce and 2 plain with a lil sweetener.
having a glass of wine now.
No tears yet but there are not far away!
Tomorrow is a new day, booked half day in work so gym for 2 hours hopefully, have a nice relaxing bath and my nails being done in the eve.
10 days left of my little challenge so i will give it my all. HOPEFULLY will still be 10 st at the end but if im not, hey ho!!
