To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

Getting ready for the gym now, want to do at least hour and a half - would like to hit my walking hours goal today and calorie goal tomorrow if possible (plus two gym sessions weds and fri).

Food plan:

B - porridge
S - melon
L - steak, sweet potato, mushrooms, salad and a little bit of peppercorn sauce
S - nuts
D - tandoori chicken salad

Want to wash all my bedding today and do my ironing, and tidy up the spare room!

Had an amazing start to the day.

Porridge for breakfast then 2 & half hours in gym - 1238
Came home and did level 1 30 day shred (google search shows this is 155 cals for a 10 st person)

Total cals 1393

Had a lovely bath, and just had a monster lunch. Steak, with sweet potato and half my plate full with BNS, mushrooms and onions, also had a bit of peppercorn sauce

Yum YUM!

Have blended some frozen berries so hoping that'll be like a sorbet.

Have swept the floors, got the bedding on the line / in the wash. Having a chill in front of the telly now, will iron later and tidy the spare room. Then I think i'll be having an early night!

sounded like me yesterday apart from the exercise lol...had all my washing on the line feels good. I had done all my housework by 10 lol and walked the dog. feel like a flop today lol. you r dinner sounds so nice xx
 
Planning my next mini challenge to start on Mon 25th Feb - March 22nd - 26 days

Thinking about my goals...

1 - def to finish all 30 days of shred (should be on day 9 on Monday 25th, possibly day 8 as Sunday I'm expecting to be extremely hungover!!

2 - Hours walking - I'm gonna go for 26... it wont be every day but I want to get a long outdoors walk in every week for 2-3 hours and at least one double gym session a week. Min 4 gym sessions a week.

3 - Calories - target is going to be.... 16,000 (if i have 21 days shred, x 155 cals that's 3225 so approx 13,000 from gym work and outdoors walks

I have a few events that'll crop up in the challenge..

1 - Best friend from primary school coming down to stay 1-3rd march = no gym, lots of wine and meals out (also unable to do shred at least 1 day)
2 - Wedding evening on 16th March - inevitable hangover on Sunday - exercise and shred unlikely

March 23rd is a night out with the girls for my best mates birthday, I want to go out with confidence.

I aim not to weigh during this time and really focus on measurements.

I know that those two weekends will be naughty, BUT surely over the course of 26 days, if i meet my calorie goal with exercise i wont gain!!! When im naughty.. im naughty but surely im not 16,000 cals naughty in 4/5 days over the month lol.
