Planning my next mini challenge to start on Mon 25th Feb - March 22nd - 26 days
Thinking about my goals...
1 - def to finish all 30 days of shred (should be on day 9 on Monday 25th, possibly day 8 as Sunday I'm expecting to be extremely hungover!!
2 - Hours walking - I'm gonna go for 26... it wont be every day but I want to get a long outdoors walk in every week for 2-3 hours and at least one double gym session a week. Min 4 gym sessions a week.
3 - Calories - target is going to be.... 16,000 (if i have 21 days shred, x 155 cals that's 3225 so approx 13,000 from gym work and outdoors walks
I have a few events that'll crop up in the challenge..
1 - Best friend from primary school coming down to stay 1-3rd march = no gym, lots of wine and meals out (also unable to do shred at least 1 day)
2 - Wedding evening on 16th March - inevitable hangover on Sunday - exercise and shred unlikely
March 23rd is a night out with the girls for my best mates birthday, I want to go out with confidence.
I aim not to weigh during this time and really focus on measurements.
I know that those two weekends will be naughty, BUT surely over the course of 26 days, if i meet my calorie goal with exercise i wont gain!!! When im naughty.. im naughty but surely im not 16,000 cals naughty in 4/5 days over the month lol.
