Feeling much better now, still a bit down but ill be ok!

Managed 2 hrs 15 mins in gym, 1080 cals

Food today:

B- porridge
L - melon pack, banana and brazil nuts
S - pack of sliced chicken
D - Chilli, sweet potato and BNS
 
Finally in bed, with my new nails :)


Working 12-10 tomorrow, shattered so not setting an alarm, would like to do an hour in the gym so if I'm up and able to be there for 9 I will, if not... I won't lol.

Pizza is in the oven, got a glass of wine and also some choc for later.

Calorific night but hey ho, i know whatever i am over tonight will be burnt off tomorrow in the gym.

Had the intention of starting shred again tonight but im too tired after gym and work, i will start it again tomorrow though. The Josie DVD is great but its more jumping about and i think that caused the stress on my foot.. will def be doing it again though - after shred is complete perhaps
