To the top of the mountain.. and beyond!!

Just having my porridge then gym at 9ish.. gonna do an hour, MAX hour and a half then shred. Outdoors walk this afternoon.

Have been having a real think and chat with my guru (Tan lol) and feel in a good headspace now.

By the end of this challenge I cant see my weight or measurements changing, as I managed to gain 5lb midway - and haven't been really bad by any standards, but think Tan was right and i wasnt eating enough for the amount of calories burnt in the gym.. so lesson learnt!

My whole goal this year is to get fit.. and my fitness has come on leaps and bounds since Jan - Every week I'm training 8-10 hours without fail and finding it OK all in all... I will complete shred during march which will be an achievement in itself.

Need to stop being so hard on myself.. the weight and measurements will eventually catch up
 
You're doing amazing! I think we both just need to listen to our bodies more an lose the weight focus! We ultimately want the same goals... Fit, strong and healthy (with nice toned tums) we WILL do this together xxx

B - porridge
S - flapjack from my graze box
L - sweet potato, beefburger with a cheese slice and big salad
S - melon, strawberries and walnuts
D - bns mash, salad and chicken
S - 2 sq dark choc and some hazelnuts
