Ok today I go down to my in laws for Christmas . I dont get a signal on my phone in their house so I may not get on here.

So just in case I don't look in till the 28 th. I hope you all have a wonderful and peaceful Christmas . Eat and enjoy yourselves and get back on track as soon as possible.

Ok I'm at the hotel near mum in laws and I've got a bit of signal so I thought I would write down what I've eaten today on Christmas day just to make myself accountable:-

Breakfast - scrambled egg, beans, tomatoes 2 brown toast one with clover one with marmalade.

Lunch - turkey, mash, peas, carrots , sprouts, stuffing, Christmas pud, little cream .

Tea- 2 brown bread, turkey .

Snacks- 2 quality street, 2 bananas

Booze- 1/2 glass White wine , small glass baileys.

All in all a pretty good day me thinks :)

Well done, you've done really well. Back on the straight and narrow for me tomorrow, not really enjoying the food, just feeling full up!

Ok boxing day food . Sorry if it's boring I just need to see it written down

Breakfast - 3 bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, 1 brown toast and marmalade.

Lunch - 2 brown bread, little clover , horseradish sauce and ham.

Tea- mash, 1 roast potato, pork, peas, cabbage, broccoli , parsnips, 2 pigs in blankets. Christmas pud and a little cream

Snacks- 3 choc biscuits, 2 quality street,

Pretty good, although I may suffer from the pork. I did the last time I ate it :(

We go home tomorrow after lunch . Lunch will be a buffet and I think it should be ok. I can control a little more of it.

Going home today so had 2 toast and marmalade for breakfast. Lunch was the buffet we were expecting. So was cold meats , salad etc and was easy to stay on track.
Awful journey home and hubby driving so can update this. Not sure what I'll do for tea yet. Think it may be chip shop for everybody else. I've got my sw weigh in tonight and hopefully will be back in time for it.

Ok I'm back from my sw weigh in and I can't decide whether to be pleased or depressed. :/

I sts!!

On one hand its an excellent result :) on the other hand considering I did my best to be veerrry good I wanted a loss :(

I dont think id feel that bad if it wasnt the same weight ive been at for s long time. I'm having the same trouble as I've done for the last 20 months. I'm still sticking at the same half a stone as I was before the doc put me on xen. I know I'm not doomed to be this size forever and I refuse to believe that I can't get below this weight . So what should I do?

How about trying something different from SW for a while, maybe go on mfp & do calories & fat for a while, maybe I'm wrong but I think it's stricter than SW & maybe a kick start to the New Year x
 
I did do mfp but I actually lost less counting calories.
The problem is I cook sw style anyway. It's a healthy way of cooking.
There's nothing else locally for me to try. I need the discipline of the group weigh in.
I wonder if the hypnotherapy thing will get my head out of this 15 st to 14.7 stone block.
Has anyone tried it?

Yep I tried it & didn't work for me but a friend found it relatively successful. The bloke I saw was on Hykeham Road Kat, his partner does reiki too
 
I do little exercise as I need a knee replacement and have other joint problems but I'm trying to find things I can do. I'm going to be hula hooping. My daughter got s posh one with lumps inside and hulas for hours . Her stomach is non existent . I can't use hers do Ive bought a cheap one and I can do that . I'm also going to go back to aqua aerobics on Sunday nights and hubby said he'll go walking with me . That won't be far but regular .
Sorry I'm rambling. It's a conundrum . I know I can do it but for some reason it's just not going
