Extra Easy Days Trefoil's Trip To Target!

To be honest if I had worked a four hour shift, then viewed a house and had a busy day I would have been tired and probably gone to the chippy! Food sounds lovely and you did well to choose a better option! I only ever eat fish when Dan is out as he isn't a big fan except in a pie or battered to the nines... I've never been a fan of battered fish or a proper chippy tea (I like the sausages though!) so I always reserve it for when he is out as all of our meals are in twos!

Hope that you have a good one and that the nice weather continues, we got about 2 hours of sun this afternoon and then it left us again!

Morning!
Aw I regret dinner. I halved the wrap with OH but the oil from chips has made me feel icky all morning. Just shows how much body changes. I normally take gran out today but Millie doesn't want to go out, she is loaded with cold so don't want my wee gran to catch it. Mums taking her out then it's millies sleepover at grans tonight so it's also date night! Not sure where we are going though. Hopefully somewhere I can make a good choice.

Least you had some sun! Ours is still here, not as warm today though going by weather app. I might attempt to cut back grass but it's a bumpy garden so it's not easy or fun lol.

I have mowed the lawn and therefore I am knackered. This isn't like the whole 'I think, therefore I am' (cognito ergo sum) thing ;)

You know your body best. So it's great your figuring out what your body does and doesn't need.

I'm fine. Had Pms for 3 weeks which is annoying but staying on plan, losing weight and getting there.

I think I am hopefully! My mum and dad keep telling me that I should go and get properly checked for wheat and gluten bits and bits but I can't be doing with it as I don't think it will show anything to be honest!

Do you have a family history of anything. My friend avoids bread and just got diagnosed as celiac disease. Her mum has that. Other than that.....do what makes you feel good. And stay healthy.

Yeah my mum can't eat bread or certain foods as they really don't agree with her. She gets food stuck on the way to her stomach if that makes sense? Yeah I should look into it! Totally agree with you!

Hello! Seeing your lovely garden is making me jealous and feel so lazy! Mine is a mess, with the good weather th grass (and weeds) have shot right up but my mum bought Millie a HUGE paddling pool and that's currently taking up most of my garden so the lawn can wait lol. It only got cut 2 weeks ago but it's crazy lol. I actually hate this garden. It's so uneven and messy. But because it's a rental I just keep it tidy I'm not spending loads fixing it.

Last night Dean wanted Indian so we went to a different buffet. I had freshly cooked chicken tikka to start, done on the coal fire type thing so no oil used. And I had spicy onions. So far so good. Then I had two spoonfuls of chasni some chips some pilau rice and more chicken tikka. Then I had apiece of peshwari naan and garlic naan. So syns were totally blown. I then shared a piece of chocolate cake with Dean. Oh well lol. Been better today... Heats got better of my appetite (not o mention blowing up that huge pool by mouth).

I'm hiding from my pile of ironing... I'll do the uniforms when Millie is in bed.

The chicken tikka sounds yummy- the whole buffet and cake does too to be honest! Oh well, just get back on it today and I'm sure you'll be alright :)

I agree with not spending loads to fix it, we also rent but we also like to keep it as nice as possible as we get loads of spot inspections from our letting agents! Hope you enjoy blowing the paddling pool up! Haha!

Spent the day chilling out in the garden!

I just remembered that I forgot to put breakfast in my diary yesterday- I actually felt pretty ill last night, probably too much sun!

I ended up with beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs and 4 heck sausages (2) cooked in Frylight. Very yummy indeed. So I ate my full Syns yesterday but goodness me it was worth it, got to eat it in the garden too!!!

Yesterday was lovely, drank a lot of water too (I think in hot weather it's almost done without realising!)however have woken up this morning with definite PMS, and it's weigh day :/ so hoping that nothing is affected too badly!

Ho hum!

Oh so pleased :) particularly as I feel a bit iffy and icky with totm starting!
Put my actual goal into my consultants tablet device. Felt a bit strange and real! 28lbs away. Target is February 6th 2017!

Mini Goals:
13.3- Lowest weight (recorded at a group) since 21-- when I hit this, I have been known to get a bit worried and go AWOL. However I must not let it phase me!

12.13- Lowest weight (recorded at a group) since 17- also my first ever joining weight at Slimming World when I was 15... (I got to 11.10 and gave in!)
From there, anything is a bonus!

Totally gobsmacked, and once again, over the moon :)
