It's a bank holiday for us too!! Which is lovely although as my OH works in retail he is working all day tomorrow... Your meal with your OH sounds nice, bless your little one! We have seriously chilled out today. Mowed the lawn, seen my parents briefly and tomorrow I am going shopping (alone) and to see my parents for coffee, with the gym thrown in and then weigh in at 17:30!

The French fancy also sounds yum and well done for only having half! The heck sausages appeared in our Asda and then disappeared, then appeared in Waitrose but have since gone... However are back in Asda! The reason I like them is that they're gluten free which is now quite important to me and they taste so good!

Gammon, hassle back potatoes and sweetcorn for tea :D

Morning!

Congrats on weight loss, I managed 3lbs off! (think that was some of last weeks maintain but delighted isn't the word!) I didn;t quite get club 10, thats another 1lb away lol but in 7weeks I am 17lbs off :D

I cant take credit for only having half the cake, my little one was making sure I only had half :p suppose thats one perk of a greedy child (who eats like a bottomless pit and never puts on a lb, bless them!)
Sounds like you had a lovely relaxed weekend. I had 5 days off work and didn't have a day chilling at all. I'm back at work for a rest lol. Me and my dad were both off yesterday so took my little girl tothe 'fair' aka the local theme park. She had a blast and I actually felt comfortable on the rides so losing weight has other benefits! I did steal a few pieces of toffee popcorn and at night after my healthy dinner I had a mr kipling apple pie and custard (it worked out at 15syns but it was soooo worth it!)

Hope all is well! Another scorcher here in scottyland ('taps aff' weather as the neds would say lol)

Ooh Norway would be lovely, we considered it for honeymoon but went for Paris & London instead :) It's still on our 'to-do' list though.
I'm not far away at all really- 10st7lb now and I'm aiming for 10- it's the lowest I ever got/seem to get! Not sure if it's about right for my height or if I still look a bit tubby- hard to tell and I'm my own worst critic. Hoping the running I've been doing will help me tone up and maybe even go a bit lower this time. We'll see!
Started a new diary and ready for a fresh start :)

I meant recipes and pics look great haha

Haha no worries I got it :D
I asked my OH, he said he put the following in the slow cooker:
2x Chicken Breasts- sliced
2x Peppers- deseeded and sliced
1x red onion- thickly sliced
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tbsp olive oil (3)
grated zest and juice of one lime
6x Eggs (scrambled separately in a pan)
S&P

To Serve:
Flour tortillas (optional)
Iceberg lettuce leaves
Hot Sauce (1 Syn per tbsp)
Grated Reduced fat cheese for HEA
Fat Free Greek/Yogurt/Creme Fraiche

Chop the peppers and onion. Coat the chicken strips in the S&P and olive oil. Add to the slow cooker and also add the oregano and chilli flakes. Then add the lime, the juice, more S&P and other veg if necessary- baked beans are sometimes nice! Leave on medium with the lid on for 4 hours. Then scramble six eggs in a pan with frylight. Add to the slowcooker, mix and turn up to high, cook for one more hour with the lid off.
Serve with any of the optionals!

Yum yum :D

Oh how lovely to go to Paris and London! Very nice indeed!
10 stone sounds amazing to me- although I can't even remember when i weighed so little (as it is in my head) but its exactly how you feel- im sure that the running will definitely help! The fresh start sounds great! Will look for your diary- looking forward to reading it!!

Dinner!
Put forward as devilled chicken...
image.jpeg
Chicken breast with Wholegrain and English Mustard (1 tbsp of each) mixed with 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 tsp Paprika, fresh Ginger, 1 fresh Red Chilli (chopped) and S&P and mixed vegetable and herby rice with olives.
Preheat an oven to 200 degrees. Line a casserole dish with foil. Spray Frylight. Season the chicken and sear it in a pan. Then place in the casserole dish and spoon the mustard mixture on top. Cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked in the centre.
Cook the rice for 15 mins, drain the water and add fresh boiling water and add the frozen veg. Cook for another 15 minutes, drain and add a pinch thyme, garlic powder, S&P and oregano into the rice and mix. Serve with the Chicken and top with Olives.

Yummy :) 2.5 Syns per serving! (Down to the amount of olives and mustard)

I found these in my ornament cabinet this morning...
image.jpeg
My dad has my old book (he loosely follows it) but I asked to look at the back page and my starting weight is 14.13 1/2, I know that I packed the classes in about 2 weeks after I got my stone. I'm interested to see what weight I was when I packed the whole thing in... Pretty sure this is the least I have ever been at a class.
Anyway, these have now been binned and I intend to replace my blue one hopefully next week or the week after!!!'
Makes you think....

Found my old threads on here.
Interestingly there is a common theme of IBS/digestive discomfort which has gone (hence the no bread) and I was right, I packed my thread in on here when I was 14.4 and I packed my class in when I was 13.13.5. Never been so low!
Feels a bit strange!!! And makes me want to succeed even more!
