Dinner!
Slimming world chicken and spinach curry! With added spices and sweetcorn :) followed by another one of the yummy Yeo Valley N'Ice Creams! This time the Lemon Curd One!!

Why can I never skip over it?!?!

We started same day and There's only a lb between our weight loss! Go us :banana_dancer: it seemed appropriate to do the boobie dance to your 4lb off / SOTW :D your weight tonight is my start weight this time around. Your doing amazing :D xxx

I just read this and it's scary how alike our story is, I looked out my old book and the weight I am today, 11st 12 is where I stopped last time after being stuck there for 4 weeks STS 1 off 1 on etc... I seem to never skip past this and I'm already in self destruct mode so with each other we WILL continue. No stalling for either of us :) xx

You will not stall! You're doing brilliantly- keep doing what you're doing and it WILL continue to drop.. it is hard though- a mental block. I get like that around 10st2. Feel like I can't go any lower- I've never been under 10.
I dunno if the mental block sees me make bad decisions/fall off plan 'I've got here now that will do'.
Though I did read an interesting article about how the body is kinda programmed to stay at a certain weight.. hang on I'll have a look for it...

Aww thank you! I can't believe it! Hopefully I will it all just seems a bit surreal! Yes I do love spinach in a curry you should definitely try it!

Thank you :) I read the article it was very interesting! I have been taking it in little bits (trying not to see the bigger picture!) I do agree about the mental block though, it will be interesting to see if I surpass it this week, I'm sure you will get below your 10 as well!
I think a lot of it is being comfortable and relative memory too!

Good day today!
Had some lovely orzo, soy sauce, mushrooms and tomatoes with boiled eggs for lunch! I did have some teriyaki mackerel to go with it but I was too full... Shrinking stomach ;)

Need to put up yesterday's eats as I forgot oops...

Guess who got totm today- well timed!!!! :eek:
Going to have some green tea later as I feel very bloated indeed which is not ideal. I hope it doesn't mess with me next week. Although I must not be negative!!
I was going to drink a bit of water to try and flush it out of my system but I'm worried about retaining it if I'm on totm if that makes sense? Ho hum!

To be honest green tea is just water anyway haha!
Oh well!
