I'm good thanks, had a good week on plan and weighing in tomorrow so everything is crossed!
I just read this and it's scary how alike our story is, I looked out my old book and the weight I am today, 11st 12 is where I stopped last time after being stuck there for 4 weeks STS 1 off 1 on etc... I seem to never skip past this and I'm already in self destruct mode so with each other we WILL continue. No stalling for either of us xxOh goodness. I've hit the 13.3... Just realised.
Why can I never skip over it?!?!

We started same day and There's only a lb between our weight loss! Go us it seemed appropriate to do the boobie dance to your 4lb off / SOTW your weight tonight is my start weight this time around. Your doing amazing xxx

You will not stall! You're doing brilliantly- keep doing what you're doing and it WILL continue to drop.. it is hard though- a mental block. I get like that around 10st2. Feel like I can't go any lower- I've never been under 10.
I dunno if the mental block sees me make bad decisions/fall off plan 'I've got here now that will do'.
Though I did read an interesting article about how the body is kinda programmed to stay at a certain weight.. hang on I'll have a look for it...
