So, in the wee small hours I have been looking into OWL..........I had a brief read through induction also which I have been following since November! So 6 months in, god doesn't time fly, can't believe it!

Anyway, I have decided to start adding a few bits and pieces to my induction phase, I've continued having coffee, cream, cheese, alcohol and the occasional carb fest over this period of time and I am still losing which is great, but now I am definitely needing a little shake up!

So, going to start with nuts and berries I think. I am excercising everyday so that alone should compensate! and I think my body needs it...

I aim to cut back on my meat portion sizes too, and maybe a little on the fattier items such as fat on meat etc...I know the whole eat fat to lose fat principle works but I want to get just a little healthier with it! It'll be nice just to have berries and cream for breakfast or Stilton and walnut salad without meat or fish in the mix all the time!

And I can start looking at being creative with Almond flour!

Soooooooo I am now off to search the threads for inspiration for OWL recipes and such like!

Such a moment of clarity for 2am in the morning!

Morning all, it's very quiet on the board this week!!

Well just awake after night shift, 2 more of the horrors to go! I hate them with a passion!!!

Breakfast time me thinks.....!

Oooooohhhhh, now there's an idea!!!

Must start getting my recipe books out again really! I have tonnes of the bloody things! Really lush ones too such as my vintage tea party one...

That one I'll just have to look at though as far too carby x

Ahhhhhh 45 mins to go before I can leave work behind and go to bed!!

I've actually been quite awake tonight, mind you I slept until around 11am this morning and then went back to sleep at 2pm until 4 :) so 9 hrs of good sleep!

One night left to do and then 4 days off...bliss!!

Enjoy your last night, I'm back on days for a few weeks thankfully. I don't mind nights it's when they put me on days/nights in the same week I get ratty lol

I'm cruising Exante at the mo lower end of 12's so the 11's are looming. :D
 
Morning/Afternoon All....!!

Another brilliant sleep, almost 9 hrs :) these 1900-0400hrs certainly suit me better than 2200-0700...shame I can't do them all the time due to the school run! No point going to bed at 4am to be back up for 7am!

I have to say I sleep much better on them!

Well done Ali, you are really really flying!! Dead proud of you and can't believe your almost in the 11's!

Di, I'm looking forward to adding different bits the pieces but going to wait until I'm off nights so I can fully focus!
