So, in the wee small hours I have been looking into OWL..........I had a brief read through induction also which I have been following since November! So 6 months in, god doesn't time fly, can't believe it!
Anyway, I have decided to start adding a few bits and pieces to my induction phase, I've continued having coffee, cream, cheese, alcohol and the occasional carb fest over this period of time and I am still losing which is great, but now I am definitely needing a little shake up!
So, going to start with nuts and berries I think. I am excercising everyday so that alone should compensate! and I think my body needs it...
I aim to cut back on my meat portion sizes too, and maybe a little on the fattier items such as fat on meat etc...I know the whole eat fat to lose fat principle works but I want to get just a little healthier with it! It'll be nice just to have berries and cream for breakfast or Stilton and walnut salad without meat or fish in the mix all the time!
And I can start looking at being creative with Almond flour!
Soooooooo I am now off to search the threads for inspiration for OWL recipes and such like!
Such a moment of clarity for 2am in the morning!
