Unfinished diary

Hey hun, wow that was some read, isn't it amazing how things suddenly make so much sense....and you're right you will always be Mum to the boys but it's time for them to fly and you to concentrate on you and DH of course, with the added bonus of seeing them all and DGS as often as you can....I was at Kelly's last night and I was in awe of how she seems to have suddenly become a fully fledged woman and not just my little girl, all of a sudden, and she's 33 lol....what I guess I'm saying is that I've let her grow up, seems you hit that way before I did with mine ...anyway I waffle...great job getting it off your chest and look forward to seeing how you do...oh and also looking forward to seeing more pics of your scrummy Grandson, the little cutie .
Catch ya later lovely :hug99: xxxxxx

Hi crumble well done on the sts x i have been spring cleaning my o/h house for 4 hrs this morning while i was waiting for a freesat engineer to come, they decided to ring me at 12 to say they wouldn't be there till the afternoon :-( had to re-schedule as i had to be at my sons house for 1pm as he's got bt engineer coming, it's nice to know i have my uses lol hope u have a good week love val xx

Oh Crumble I've missed all the birth

He's lovely + he's got a great big grin. Seeing his little happy face really cheered me up :)

Are you saying that's not what everyone does???

Are they aliens or what??

Only flaw I've found with this is when you feel like a nap. Have to do a sweep of the bed with an outstretched arm. Just to clear enough room for a wee lie down. Then when you wake up the next morning you trip over the heap at the bottom of the bed, so obviously you have to spread it about a bit again as it's less of a tripping hazard that way.

I've actually started my SE week . Swapped my mugshot at lunch for lots of fruit. Rest of plan for today is on my diary if you want a giggle. When are you planning to start?

I found a solution to that. Napped on the sofa later afternoon (when having my break from spring cleaning :D) and then stayed up just that bit later in the evening watching tv.
By time I went up DH had cleared it off and was in bed. He even put it in its proper places not just piled it against the wall.

Team work! :p

Oh that's cheating, getting the "help" to do it. Or maybe I'm just jealous cos I want a maid too. :)

Morning!

I'm a STS this week.
Might have been the party food last night (I did partake ).
Or could it have been the absolutely scrummy lunch that DH took me out for on Saturday when we played hooky?

Then again.... I did whop down an apple pie and a buttered teacake while visiting mum again. :p

However, a STS is not the end of the world. Its just about right for this week - a maintenance week.

But we can't have many more of those because I've booked my hols and I want to get back in my jeans for them. (I fear for the seams at present )

STS is good hun xx....we'll :whip: you into shape for this holiday :8855:
So I've planned my EE food this way:

French cinnamon toast with... ~ B
Banana & crumble yog (poured over) ~ 0.5 syns

Roasted lemon/garlic chicken ~ 5 syns
Roasted onions/parsnip & Potatoes
carrots
floret mix
gravy ~ 5 syns
7 sprays of oli oil ~ 0.5 syns

Herby bacon omelette with:
mushrooms
tomato
onion
7 sprays of oli oil ~ 0.5 syns

selection of fruit to eat throughout the day.

300ml 1% milk ~ A

= A, B + 11.5 syns

11.5/105 syns

Hope you all had a lovely, relaxing weekend.

Nice to see things going well for Kelly, Lily. :) Hope her shoulder is doing better.
Think I missed what the decision was at the hospital.

Kelly had an exploratory op last Wednesday or was it Thursday?, won't know the outcome till end of March, they don't rush themselves do they lol xxx
Mum's supposed to be coming up for the day today.
Not sure if she'll make it but shes stir crazy at home and dying to get out.

She's going to be 80 this year but she'll still womble down here with her enormous shopper, full of a zillion calories. She's unstopable. :D
:wow: 80 and going strong good for her xx
Right, must get my brekkies and then clean my fridge.
Its dire. :(
A swede is doing something disgusting at the back of it.
And I've got a bad feeling over some cheese in there.
You practically :faint2: when you open it.
Smells like cheesy feet. :stinkyfeet:
Could be the evap.
Someone opened it for some reason and left it there.
Thinking on, might have been DS1 and he's been gone a bit.

Getting the feeling I need to gain control of the house now.
Quite looking forward to continuing the 'great spring clean.' :D

Catcha later.
Lol I seem to be forever cleaning this house, but it still look exactly the same lol xxx
Oh I'm glad other people have fridges which are like mine, the number of times I've found things (unidentifiable) which died a long time back skulking in the deep dark recesses is scary.

Your attitude to the STS is great, can you teach me how to do it. Hope your Tuesday is good. :)
Me too got a fridge like that, not at the mo cos was a good girl Sat and cleaned it but give me a month or so and It'll be back to something out of quatermass lol xx
Tis easy now. I know when I've 'indulged' a little and don't expect the losses.

Now if you've ever read back when I think I deserve a loss and don't get ...well.... different story.
OOhh I'm pathetic then. Full of the 'not fair,' 'why me's?'

Glad others have fridges less than perfect like mine.
We've also had occasions when we pull something from the back and gather round trying to puzzle what it once was.
Fortunately thats a rarity these days. ;)

Before I get to business, I have another piccy of my new little DGS. He's such a good baby. I babysat yesterday to give them a break as they looked so tired and had errands to do in town. Easier on their own.
Mum loved it. But she can not be trusted.
One minute on her own with him and she had him out the pram and woke him up just as I was dishing dinner!

Guess who's dinner went cold rocking him back to sleep.

He's 2 weeks old now. Time flies.

Jamie2wks.jpg

He properly has started to smile already! Not often but its real smiles, none of that 'is it wind?' nonsense.
DS2 smiled really early, too.
It melts your heart when he does it. :D

I'm a little uncertain what to eat today.
Don't fancy anything except for tea. Got that sorted.

Tea:
Lemon herb crusted chicken ~ 1/2 A + 3 syns
Herby wedges
mushrooms, tomatoes (grilled)
7 sprays oli oil ~ 0.5 syns

Perhaps I'll have brunch rather than lunch and brekkies.

Bacon, egg, mushrooms, toms and a cumberland sausage ~ 4 syns
slice bread ~ B + 2 syns

150ml 1% milk ~ 1/2 A

Getting bored of all the satsumas and oranges I have in. Might nick DS2's blueberries if he doesn't get a wiggle on eating them. :D

Must do my bedroom today. I'm tripping over things, its that bad. Tut tut.

DGS is gorgeous, just put latest pics up of my gorgeous great niece, she's a month old today bless her, Her and Jamie would make a great couple lol...even the names go well together Lyla May and Jamie...Jamie and Lyla May...has a certain ring don't ya think? :giggle: xx

We have similar homes. :p
I'm thinking ignore it till you can't get across the floor or you know visitors are due (or mums ) ... then do the panic clean. :D

Some are dressed as little adults, aren't they from the off.
I'm glad DIL pops him in lovely little babygros and wooly cardis and shawls.

I just love his gummy little smile and the funny little squeaky noises he makes.

SIL is besotted with him. We elbow each other out the way when he arrives. Its all quite ungainly. :D

Best get back to tidying this bedroom.
The fact its taking all day gives you some clue as to how bad things got.
Been a mess since we moved here in April.
Finally decided its time to open the boxes and get it organised. :p

Just got a text from my Sis asking if I wanna go with her Monday to see Lyla May.....she better not muscle in on my cuddle time is all I can say .....I don't share my Sis with anyone :giggle:
Hun I been here 15 years and still got unopened boxes ...god knows what's in them couls be anything lol.
Was at Kelly's yesterday and she said Mum I want you to take your cool boxes home...the ones she used at Christmas to store food in her outside fridge (back garden :giggle:), so we got the boxes...thought they seem heavy opened them and they were full, but everything looked perfect even the big bag of carrots lol....they went in the bin but only after I wrestled them off Mal first....ewww he was gonna take them home...gross :yuk: so we aren't anywhere near as bad as men no matter how bad it gets lol xxxx

I maybe have a different approach to spring cleaning to most.

1. Pop everything from the floor, surfaces on bed.

2. Shove to one side to set lappy up and boot up. :D

3. Crank up hard drive on dvd player and pop a movie on. ;)

4. Start binning rubbish while posting on here every 5 mins and keep an eye on whats happening in my film. :D

5. Realise can't recyle pile of mags until I've checked for recipes, stories, coupons, bits I want to keep etc. So lay back and flip through - while posting on minimins and keeping track of my movie.

No wonder I'm exhausted at the end of the day and couldn't cook tea.... necessitating SIL putting her hand in her pocket and buying F & C's. :p

Sounds like the perfect plan :8855: :8855:
Eckk, you already off the blocks with it, are you?
I better get a wiggle on and start tomorrow morning then.
Today I've been good, with the exception of a doughnut but I can allow for those syns.

So tomorrow it is. Decided! ;)

Oh goodie, tomorrow it is then :sign0151: xxxx:hug99:xxxx

Lily, I've just seen the piccies of Lyla on your diary. Wouldn't they make a handsome couple! :p

So we're all set for tomorrow.
Arghhh... must get in the right mind set.

Lol they so would wouldn't they, so are we going to arrange their marriage now, betroth them like the Muslims do ?? lol

You can do it hun, think of all the lovely things you can do with Jamie next year when he's toddling and the year after and how about when he's 4 and 5 and wants Nanna to take him to the park...I let my grandkids down where that was concerned, am making up for it now but can't get back all the times I missed out going to the park and playing with them ...so you can do this for Jamie right...as well as you of course :hug99: xxxx

Now you've got me thinking I'm doing it wrong cos I only really thought about the 2/3 superfree.

Why did Lily have to go out today. She'll know all the right stuff to do. I even have a optimising book from some years back when Mix 2 Max and SE were launched why didn't I read it properly or bring it to work with me. AAARGH and I'm going shopping tonight. ATM I'm trying to work out if superspeed soup would be OK on SE. Think its only the parsnips and beans bits that aren't superfree, but I can't be sure. HEEEEEEELP

Hi crumble hope this helps xx

? WANT TO BOOST YOUR WEIGHTLOSS? ?
? ? THEN TRY SUCCESS EXPRESS ? ?

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS.......

? HAVE 3 MEALS A DAY

? EACH MEAL MUST HAVE 2/3 OF THE PLATE FULL OF SUPER FREE FOODS

? 1/3 OF YOUR PLATE MUST BE FREE FOODS FROM THE GREEN & ORIGINAL PLAN (YOU CAN ENJOY FOOD FROM BOTH PLANS OR FROM JUST ONE IF YOU WISH).

? ANY SNACKS YOU EAT INBETWEEN MEALS MUST BE ONLY SUPERFREE FOODS (FOR EXAMPLE FRUIT & SYN FREE YOGURTS).

? STILL ENJOY BETWEEN 5-15 SYNS A DAY (ONLY RULE ON SUCCESS EXPRESS IS YOU HAVE TO COUNT THE HIGHER SYN VALUE..........FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU WERE TO HAVE A SAUSAGE THEN YOU WOULD COUNT THE SYNS AS A GREEN DAY).
