I defo think that cake has to be one of the free ones. They must be about as rare as hens teeth. Hope you had a fab time.
Your food always sounds lovely and makes me wish I had stayed on plan this week but Ooops didn't on either of my days out at the craft show. Really must try harder. Hope you enjoy the rest of the w/end.

Again with life getting in the way of healthy eating. Needs must though. As you've been good the rest of the time you should be OK at WI.

Well done on the loss Crumble I knew you'd do it. And yeay to DS1 for the new job. Hope they don't try to take him for a mug this time.
I had a great time at the show on both days, bought way too much and now need to find a place to put it all never mind time to do any of it. I've got a brief resume of my purchases on my diary now but it would have taken me all day to type it up in detail.

I love you "new approach" post. Between you and Lily you've made me think too. Gosh but that's dangerous. I know I've been neglecting my diary and spending all my time in everyone elses diaries. I must have a go at keeping my own food & thoughts diary more up to date.

Looks like a good day set up for you and early walk. I'm well impressed. I didn't quite get round to documenting my rethink and plans but I will.
Just mega busy with work and not sleeping so not feeling like doing much at nights. I will get there though.
