Your DD cals are maintenance numbers so you could theorectically eat a UD every day and stay the same. You'd have to eat UD + 3500 to gain a lb, so theorectically 2000 + 3500 = 5500 (in a day!)

That sounds like a challenge to me ;-) lol x

Sorry chaps, just realised i must look like a right nutter replying to old posts, its the holibob getting in the way of my brain! Just to say this is a fab thread. Good to see how everyone has ha to kind f experiment and inplement a bit of triL and error. At the end of the day we are all different so for us newer juddderers it may take a while to suss out this whole fandango, but the asvjce and support is amazing! Xx
