ProPoints Vadeys diary!

I'm shattered but I can't seem to drop off all the time. Between 1130-1am I drop off. Get frustrated as I'm so tired!!! Think maybe I need to some exercise. Speaking of which I'm booked in Tom to body circuits!

The mags are great always have something good in!! For the weekend I'm just spending it with my boys. Hubby working. Off to my brothers for a Sunday roast, which i know will be healthy as my sis in law is doing sw. I was going to go out force little all day sesh but changed my mind!! Il ptob just watch xfactor and might have a nice treat lined up. Chippy tea! How sad I'm planning my weekend food!!! Lol. I'm fancier minstrels at the min! Going to work them in to my plan! Yum! Yes!!

How about you?? Any plans? Is it the wedding this weekend?? X

I started Saturday and its completely new to me. I'm more focused than I've been for a LONG time. It's out of neccessity really as I have to lose weight by end of Novemeber for my work........it's so hard at the moment as my thyroid made me really ill over the past 10 months and the medication the hospital has put me on medication which is piling the weight on....grrrrrrrr!!!! I'm fully prepared to really fight the fat off this time though - just did 30 mins on the cross trainer....YUCK!!!! I'm not a fan of exersize at the moment, but needs must!!!!:whacky068: lol. Will go for a long walk later too..............bleeeuuuuhhhhh!!!! xx

Well at least you have started!! That's the main thing!! Wow exercise too that's good!!! How come you have to lose it for work? What do you do? Ww is the best plan. I did vlcd and couldn't hack it!! Are you going to a class x
 
Yeah, am so unfit at the moment as I wasn't allowed to exersize as my thyroid had damaged my heart, but I've had the green light now so I've got no excuse anymore!!!! Out with the chocolate and on with the trainers! I've got half a jar of nutella in the cupboard too.........poo!!!! Lol.


I'm an opera singer and my next role is a really iconic character (Marilyn Monroe) so I don't want to turn up in Germany (where it's being premiered) looking like I do now..........ooooof I'm going to have to work hard!!!! Lol.

My endocrinologist is supposed to be calling me today so hopefully he will alter my dosage and fingers crossed that will help.

Have you got a lot to lose? Id like to lose 4 stone eventually but obviously I'm not going to manage that by end November.........lol, would love to get 2 stone off by then though. Xxx
 
Wow!! That's a great role!!!! Good luck!! No not really as I couldn't do it, I've done slim snd save which is far the best, lighter life and Cambridge. Done them all!!!! I started at 15.12 and love to get to 11 as that's what I was when I got married. We sound like we have similar amounts to lose. Are you doing a diary?? Support in here is Fab x

Wedding Sat and a night out Sunday :)
Was thinking about taking the week off WW next week (weigh in wise not food wise) but I want to know if I have gained anything after a heavy weekend ;)
Even though it will make me feel bad, sure what can you do!

Awww, thanks, Fingers crossed I can shift enough poundage to look credible lol. Yes, we're very similar by the sounds of it. I started at 14.13, mind you I was 11.8 at the start of the year. Flippin body!!!! Grrrrrrr!!!! I've officially declared WAR on it now!!!! I was like a nutty woman on the cross trainer this morning - and it's in the garden so the neighbours must think I've lost the plot!!!! Hahahaha!!!!

I would just get weighed hun, I've found it to be a slippery slop when you stop going. Just go get weighed and draw a line under it. Even if you put on you will know why and that's you had a brill time doing so!!

I'm very good. Food been good. Gone over my points briefly by 2 points it's the activia breakfast pots they are a lot for what they are!! Going to body circuits, just waiting to go in actually. How's your day been??

I actually read your diary last night! Eat all your points!!! Lol. My advice is buy the scales and the eating out guide! They are a god send!!! Haha to the treadmill in the garden!! Haga!! Good for you!!

Food today-

Breakfast
X1 wholemeal toast with low butter- 2

Activia breakfast pot with fresh rasberrys-5
I need to knock these on the head as they are a lot of points for what they are.

Lunch-
Peppers mushrooms onions, chorizo chicken snd pasta with 2 points of goats cheese. Pitta bread- 14

Banana

Dinner
Ham and egg salad -4
Sunbite crisps 3
Maltesers 5
Milk 1 just a splash in x2 tea

Off to do body circuits now!!!!

Fruit and a cuppa for supper!! X
 
Oooh I'll have a look for the scales.

I'm scared to use all my points incase I put on weight.........feeling really bad about the way I look at the moment so I'm analysing every calorie I eat incase I put on more -I need a kick up the bum and to get a grip!!!! Lol xxx

Eat all your points or your body will think its starving and then you won't lose hun x
 
Well I've been to the gym and did circuits!! Considering I've not been to the gym for 6 months I didn't do bad!! I'm going to body combat. I love that but not sure I'm fit enough!!! They are all skinny Minnie's who do it!! I always feel fab after!!!

Had an bowl fruit of fruit and a tea at the gym and then a packet of crisps!!! I'm kicking myself now!!! I def need av hearty meal Tom, something like chilli. I just find it so hard to point meat that's In a dish that's made for a family. X
