ProPoints Vadeys diary!

Well I've been to the gym and did circuits!! Considering I've not been to the gym for 6 months I didn't do bad!! I'm going to body combat. I love that but not sure I'm fit enough!!! They are all skinny Minnie's who do it!! I always feel fab after!!!
Had an bowl fruit of fruit and a tea at the gym and then a packet of crisps!!! I'm kicking myself now!!! I def need av hearty meal Tom, something like chilli. I just find it so hard to point meat that's In a dish that's made for a family. X



I'm not going to club at the moment - I joined online instead but if I feel like I need more motivation I'll go to class - until I go to Germany anyway, then it'll have to be online.
Well done for the gym....you're fitter than me - don't think I'm up for the gym yet. Maybe I'll wait a week or two for that. Dont beat yourself up for having crisps - you'll have earned tons of activity points today anyway :) xx
 
I know just want to have a good loss!!! They all add up don't they a pound here, two there. Oh I did look pale today at the gym, also fat and with greasy hair. So I've come home and got a nice shower and washed my hair and put some fake tan on!! Some times it's the small things that make the difference. I'd love to get into the 14s. I've not seen those for a bit!!!! Have you eaten more points x
 
Haha, don't be daft - I bet you looked fab. You should see the state of me - I'm a complete minger at the moment!!!! lol. I'll be washing my hair later too,shower, pj's and a pot of tea.Lush!!!! lol.

I've used 2 points on a packet of WW crisps. lol. Don't know what to use the rest on......got 10 left........ Do I have to use the weekly points too or are they not essential? xx

No you don't have to use them but I think some do and some don't! Why don't you have a nice bar of choc or some toast with your tea?? Or both. 10 points is a lot x
 
I've just had a WW caramel mallow 1pp, and 3 weetabix 5pp........4pp left. Am stuffed!!!! But will try and use them on hot choccy or something. Is this really a diet? Lol xxx

Budweiser - 5?? I'm not too sure???

33! Bang on!!!

Unexpectadly It's totm, do feeling a bit wiped out today and could eat my own body weight in minstrels!!!! I've bought the new mag today so going to sit and go over that. I'm using my points a bit pants lately, need to rein in the snacking!!!! I'm thinking of making a nice curry Tom!! Or might save that for the weekend!!!! I could murder one of those treat bags of minstrels!!!!!! Somebody stop me!!! X
 
I would just get weighed hun, I've found it to be a slippery slop when you stop going. Just go get weighed and draw a line under it. Even if you put on you will know why and that's you had a brill time doing so!!

I'm very good. Food been good. Gone over my points briefly by 2 points it's the activia breakfast pots they are a lot for what they are!! Going to body circuits, just waiting to go in actually. How's your day been??

best thing about working out is exactly that if you go over your points you just gain them back with activities!

I need to update my diary asap!
Had a great week. A lot of too busy to eat days so I only had like 18 points one day :s

Down another point so on 30 now, which suits me the finest!

I guess I won't be on here until after the wedding, so have a great weekend!
