Phew head hurts today! Haven't counted yesterday's food - 4th birthday party food in afternoon and 40th birthday party food in evening - nuff said lol. As for drink ... gin, lime & soda - fairly good! Jaffa cake vodka shots - not so good ... lol

Mary.....its quite easy to make your own flavoured vodka! For instance mars bar vodka, method.....chop mars bar into pieces or melt and pour into a bottle, top up with vodka, shake and leave until mars bar has completely dissolved.....I guess that you could do it this way with Jaffa cakes but the cake bit might make it a bit weird:eek: works brilliantly with fruit:D

Absoloodle! I'm actually looking forward to 2moro and 'cleansing'. 80/20 all the way ... or 5 days/2 days but I can't be bothered to work out the percentages lol x

I'm like a dehydrated Buddha today! Puffy face, sausage fingers and my eyes are as gritty and dry as a desert!!!! Totally not drank enuff water yesterday - gonna float that tanker today lol ...

1712 cals - estimate but overestimate if anything! Not as bad as I feared! I'm 3lb up since Sat but that's normal for a Monday! Plus I know myself I'm really dehydrated so am sure at least half of that is just down to that ...

I cudnt really work out Sat food cos it was buffets twice but I know I made pretty good choices, ie cold meat salad etc so not worried about cal numbers! Have estimated on mfp as 250 over for that day and with that and Sun - I'm still under my weekly net calorie goal!

Not that I'm worried, I just dont want anyone 'thinking', as has been indicated elsewhere, that I am out of control ... As most of you know, any 'overeating' is generally planned and if not, compensated for very quickly afterwards!

It'll be gone by wednesday or Thursday as you well know! 4lbs up for me this morning so just having soup for lunch at the mo, busy potting up geraniums but will gym it later. Got to have a mega strict week as back to France on Friday and a heavy weekend planned entertaining friends.......it's a hard life!

Not very well today - been fighting it for a couple of days but have well and truly succumbed today...

Hubby made me a pack lunch b4 he went to work - bless him - but I struggled to eat it with a throat full of razor blades. For that reason, think I'll stick to liquidy stuff and fruit for rest of day... Calcium and vitamins basically ...

Tuesday 22 March menu

Ham salad wholemeal s/w
WW fromage frais, clementines
Porridge with blueberries
Maintenance whip and banana

905 cal - will try eat more fruit as throat allows!

Will also add total lemsips (50cal each) and strepsil (5cals each) later!!!! Lol if that sounds obsessive, just keeping total of everything that goes in my mouth, but dinnae fear; im certainly not bothered about final cal count!
 
Poor Vanessa, that sound awful for you. A nasty throat is so annoying. Lots of honey and lemon drinks and sympathy for you. Hubby was a pet to leave food ready for you.

Aww thanks Mol. Yeah he's a good 'un!

Am still feeling pretty sorry for myself I have to admit - everything and I mean everything hurts lol - and it feels like someone poured concrete down into my chest, tho how they got it past the razor blade throat blockages I'll never know pmsl. Moan moan moan moan ..... Lol x
