Just a quickie - be back properly tomorrow! Mum arrived lunchtime Sat and by this morning, I'd gained half stone OMG! Rump steak, fried potatoes and creamy mushroom sauce shortly with choc fondue to follow! mmmmmmmm lol

I'm putting her on train tomorrow 10.45 - do serious damage control starting then! Praying for a quick on quick off result ... Lol

Speak tomorrow! I have been reading threads meantime tho and all looking good (apart from me lol) xxx

Ok ... back to it with a vengeance! serious maintenance regime till Friday anyway, then if still required - more gradually!

Had a fab time with my mum tho and don't regret my food holiday at all! Saying that the final damage was 12st 1.25 on scales today which is a 6lb jump from Sat morning - oooops! (tho admittedly a pound less than yesterday - must've been the midnight choc fondue lol - wudnt that be a fab thing if true lol).

My pelvis is baaaaad today (again to be expected after a visitor so im not getting down about it) plus I've got awful TOTM pains so its a lie-flat day 2day and probably 2moro at a best-case scenario ... Got my 2.5litre jug of water next to me tho and some fruit for if necessary, so shan't need to move apart from pee-breaks!

Going for a detox-like menu today (and for easiness re not being able to move much)...

Water water water water ... and more water ... Lol (quite literally pmsl)
B: maint bar
L: porridge and blueberries
D: maint whip and banana

plus fruit, yogurts as required... will update accordingly!

Sorry to hear your a bit sore hun, hope you feel better soon. But totally know where your coming from! Hope drinking all that water is not making you pee too much! You will have to get a commode by the bed!!!

Aww thanks folks - am def on upward trend pelvis wise and ver' ver' chuffed to say have def been on downward trend weight wise! A few days detox/maintenance products has done the trick yet again ... down 4.5lb from the 6lb 'holiday' gain as of this morning! Official WI tomorrow!

OMG official WII WI is a pound down from last week (so a 6lb gain and 7lb loss in 6 days lol Woo Hoo)...

Its Friday; sun is shining; my family are great; and I've no hangover from St Patricks Day (probably cos I didn't have a drink lol); life is good ... Happy'Ness x

I'm not sure if I'll stick to above! Can't really decide whether to have bolognaise or prawns or cold meat salad with my baked potato, but need to start gradually upp'ing calories so at the moment the bolognaise option is winning ... Lol
