Lol I know - 237 cals for 3 biccies!!!!!! Shoulda had a mars bar instead lol - saying that I did yesterday, aswell as half pack of said biscuits, and a syrupy/choc rice crispy cake! Hence the black marker pen! Lol

Today I stopped as above (above post, not a repeat of above paragraph lol) x

Vanessa , all the biccies aside, you are doing great to have maintained so well with lots of celebrations to negotiate. A quarter pound up overall is great. This is true maintaining!!
 
Awwww thanks Molly ... bit nervous to say it out loud (or write it down, even! Lol) but i tentatively agree with you...
 
I've been a bit lax over last week in updating menus - however not so lax in menus themselves! Just the norm really.... Main prob is major pennies problem at the moment so intake a bit deficient in fresh fruit etc. However have just found a tub of frozen blueberries/strawberries in garage freezer so will get defrosting lol

B: porridge
L: Chicken fricassee with wholegrain rice, raspberry fromage frais
D: whip
Snacks: ham toastie, snack a jacks, hot choc

Nothing much to say apart from I feel sick ... and I'm glad it's Monday 2moro! Food n drink detox seriously needed ... bleurgh!!!
 
Hope u feel better this morning - hope ur detox goes well - I know if I wasn't on shakes I would have just the bank holiday weekend as an excuse to eat, drink and be merry lol x

Thanks folks! Trying hard to pull back from weekend excesses! Coping so far but struggling as desperately in need of comfort food lol. Fingers crossed I don't crack!

Having a very baaaaad day! Got fed up having to keep going upstairs for stuff in super slow motion and when I remembered yet again for forty millionth time that I'd left something behind, i got off stairlift halfway down and went back up on foot ... Stoopid stoopid moo! OMG am I paying for it now - got a bone grinder and slasher in my pelvis now - ripping it apart! Serves me right - lesson learned!

Detoxing Food - boring! Water - not enuff, given I can't cope with going to toilet! lol

B; maint bar (running out again so gonna try Tesco's or Biggest Loser or similar when I stock up! Any advice re what's good - hunger-sating more important for me than taste, given i only use them occasionally ...
L: sweet potato, king prawns, salad (didn't plan on potato carbs but cudnt resist lol)
D: maint whip and banana
S: blueberries and strawberries

867cals so far - will probly have yogurt or similar later...
 
Ooo hun that sounds painful. I use the Tesco raspberry ones instead of the exante ones and really like them but tried the chocolate but found it really powdery and didn't like!
It fills me up but I try and eat it in bits rather than in one go.
 
Sooooo sorry you're suffering Ness :( **hugs** but **slaps** for doing it in the first place!! ;)

Re bars - I prefer the tesco chocolate one to the raspberry. I've only tried one BL - can't remember the flavour except it was chocolatey and wasn't fussed at all ... as for filling, I think the BL one was marginally better for that xx
 
And I'm different again and like both tesco bars equally :giggle:

Hope your hip gets better soon but that'll learn ya to be patient with the stair lift in future lol xx
