Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

LOL :)
Cheryl babybels are my saviour and scratchings x

Hi Cheryl,
For me pork crackling and mini pepperamis are my lifejacket- always in the bag for emergencies!
When more organised:
-celery (for the crunch!) plus dip (i have recipe for artichoke, parmesan and creme fraiche on the recipies sticky) or mushed up avocado - or what ever you fancy :)
- chorizo - again nice and chewy plus flavour and fat keep you satisfied
- ready made sugar free jelly pots - when you just MUST have something sweet
- mim in favorite flavour- when you need filling up & texture (my current favorite is made with flex flaxmeal (NO CARBS!) plus 1/3 pack of dietimeal vanilla shake for flavouring - spread with butter - yum)
- I have just discovered the dietimeal dark choclate shake/pud - if you really need choclate, make this up ahead & take it with you - meets most dietary requirements:D

Katie..........stop! Lets start again. Where do i get flex flaxmeal and this vanillla and chocolate stuff you refer to????
Im thinking cheese biscuits. maybe a salad with olives and bacon bits and tuna on the side. porkies are a must for tomorrow i think. Hmmm if i can get some flax maybe a mim of some sort. Maybe some sliced bacon joint too. I need lunch and dinner at work. Why oh why is it not easy? I might not even be near a microwave either so has to be cold. I cant even have a cup a soup now to keep me warm. Omg, soup. Where is my flask i wonder?

Most meats work great cold Cheryl. You know you will be absolutely fine once you get into this so stop panicking.

I know i will hun. Ive done it before and it worked really well for me. Ive not been on it for a while and it all feels so new again. Im only worrying as ive been here before and couldnt get my head into it so stopped and this time i dont want to fail. I know its only a case of re training my brain but for me that is the hard part. Once that is done its plain sailing for me but its the initial push to get into the right frame of mind where food is concerned

yes you will be fine cheryl :) give it a week back into the swing of things and you will be fab xxx and NO CHOCOLATE

LOL or i WILL kick your butt ;)
come on girl get your stats and sig updated will give you the boost :)
so...whats for first days meals?

Ok stats will be updated tomorrow. I might get you to do it for me hun as im at work but wi is in the morning. As for meals, im not sure yet will have a think and a cook up tonight. Any suggestions to make my life easier will be greatly accepted lol

meatloaf, cbp, gammon, sausages (yummy cold) mims :)

Hi cheryl - sorry, getting carried away! ;)
If you decide to do an order from LCM or avidlite take a look at the dietimeal shake/pud mixes. I've decided they are key store cupboard must have for me - i either use for flavouring a mim or as a pudding when i am desperate for choccie!

I've put a post on the mim sticky about all the different carb contents of flaxmeal as they are all slightly different. I've found a magic one in my local healthfood store which claims to be all fibre so zera net carbs - called flex and comes in gold packet. Dont think anyone else has found yet but worth looking in your local!

Otherwise i guess the key thing to get back into it is planning ahead - oh and i always take more than i think i need so extra snacks etc somehow i need to have that safety net of knowing ill not get hungry. I can get quite anxious if i havent got anything with me!

one of the stores lads has just been up and is laughing at me cos ive been doodling love hearts on my pad and didnt even realise LOL :) omg is this real????????????

Lol Vicky. I can totally relate. ;) People must think Im weird coz I walk about with a big grin on my face all the time.

omg me and you are gonna make everyone sick. but you know what? I DONT CARE ;)
