Vic Vodkas dieting rollercoaster - back to it!!!!

Let us know if you decide to go for it. I did look at tesco diet club lo carb menu but it wasnt low enough carb so decided to do more personal menu planning instead. We usually plan about 5 days ahead and then do an online tesco shop.
As long as there are bacon, eggs, cheese and pepperamis in the house i feel secure :)

Sounds interesting, Cheryl. Do they give you a few days worth of menu samples? I'd worry I wouldn't like anything.

Hope you're having a camptastic time Cheryl, well done on reducing your MOT bill too, and I would definitely be pushing things with the car manufacturer. SO pleased little O is headed where you want him to be, it's such a huge relief when that letter arrives, isn't it?

Vicky sorry you've been unwell this week lovey, hope you're on the mend. And a peeeeeeeeeenk car, totally fab! :D

Ahh Linzi loo, i do love you babes its just that things havent been "normal" shall we say at home and we desperately need some family time. We WILL meet soon, that lunch/shopping date is still needed.

WW im over the moon with OBs news on his school, i really cant begin to tell you.

I really dont know about the diet Rose. I had a look earlier and the closerdiet which is different you can choose foods you like to use as a structure but im not sure with the low carb. I must admit im very tempted but will wait til the mallows are out of the way as im not sure you can put off the start date. It doesnt say too much about it but £22.40 for 8wks i dont think is too bad.

Wooohooo and finally i have an avatar! Lol. Taken last year on holiday. I need to lose a st to get back there again

Oh you'll get there no problem Cheryl. You look gorgeous in that pic petal. And you could pay £22 for a couple of decent low carb cookery books - bet you get loads of good meal ideas for that (which you will of course be sharing with us!) :)

Thank you. Ooh glamourous eh lol. I wasnt dressed up to go out or anything, couldnt even be bothered to do my hair so just threw it back! Pmsl.
I agree with the cook books but im terrible incase you hadnt noticed already! Im work better when its laid out for me. If someone says you can only eat xyz and these amounts im ok its when im given a choice i fall off the wagon

Like the photo :)

Thanks hun.
Well ive done it! You can exclude things you dont like (ive excluded shellfish and fish) and it asks when you want to start your diet, if its over 5 days then you need to wait. Im just looking and will report all.

Yep, dying to hear how it goes Cheryl! I'm reading Nerys and India's diet book atm and really liking it. Haven't got to any of the recipes or anything yet, but it makes sense for maintaining.

Well so far it looks good. Its all laid out for me the only problem i see is the breakfasts, its all recipe based but they do greek breakfast and ham and cheese type quickies. Im thinking this can be really good its even laid out my shopping list and how much of everything i need to buy. All the thinking has been taken out of dieting!

Wow. I need that. Cut and paste the first day please so I can see if it's worth it?

It wont work i think its protected. I'll have to print them off at work and them i can type them up. day 1 B=salsa eggs, L=stuffed mushrooms with chicken/tofu with basil and pine nuts D=chicken and walnut salad and S=garlic green beans and pine nuts

Ooooh, nice Cheryl, haven't had green beans in ages and now immediately want them! Must look up carb content. I actually crave veg (and fruit) above all things these days. Pasta, bread, spuds, rice - which I lived on for years - have no effect on me now. I just love low carbing. :D

I think they seem to use different veg than i would use on atkins but only time will tell............lets hope it works!
