apologies for being away, as some of you know ive not been well, then busy catching up at work etc etc but im back now, might take me a while to get back into the swing of things but im here.
diet wise, im missing the ketosis buzz im so tired, but am better off with higher carbs, lower cal and fat so excuse my non atkins menus on here but need to write them somewhere.
