S plum
D chicken in 5 spice served with salad and Thai coleslaw crib on cob
Ex am definitely gymming today !
 
Gym cancelled tonight I had a terrible day at work took me all my strength not to cry hormones don't help either. Done housework instead. Hoping for a nice loss tomorrow :) x

Blimey Vic, housework would have toppled me over the edge .... ! ;)

Gym was a struggle 30 mins cardio 30 mins resistance
Really tempted to drink alcohol but have a brew instead.

Had a manic busy day at work just chilling for a while when dinner in oven. Going for swim later :)
 
Thai coleslaw is Tesco is lush the thai chicken is a sainsburys ready to cook thing. Wouldnt get it again!!
Had a long swim and feel better for it :)
