Interesting menu indeed... wheat biscuits with almond milk. (Is that like weetabix?)
You're so disciplined with your exercise. How does your hair like swimming? Mine objected violently a few years ago when I used to swim regularly (I have a pool in the building where I live) and so now I keep well away (my hair costs a fortune!!)

The silly mare cancelled. I told her to sod off !!! Went food shopping. Omg I am doing this 'fun' assault course next weekend and I feel so sick with worry about some of the obstacles lol

Homemade soup? I just had one of those Glorious Skinnylious soups, It was ok but I could've made better. Just bumped into a friend who said she was getting her teeth whitened, £145!, a friend of a friend is doing it, I'll have a look at hers before I make any rash decisions, I don't want to end up looking like Rylan!

My dentist does whitening and mentioned not being able to drink coffee/coke etc (and I think she said for quite a while... ever again? I forget now. I'll be sure to ask her next time I see her now that I'm off the caffeine stuff anyway). Does anyone know if it hurts?

Great progress on the old run...
what's a portion of plums? (I usually just eat the whole bucketful if a neighbour gives me some from her tree!!!)

I think if you get it done at the dentist its different to the laser treatment you get done at home. And it's two plums jo.
