Yeah Sts from last week gutted cos I was a lb down on thursday!!!! Going to stay away from gym today and have a total treat day cos I'm still aching like mad. Will have a good three hours at gym tomorrow instead :) am bunged up ! Took senokot has been three days ! :( sorry if tmi
 
Yeah I could do with some senokot too! Maybe you've lost inches? Enjoy your treat day...I am! :) Hopefully I'll get a good couple of hours at the gym too tomorrow

Kit sounds great, really contemplating joining a gym. You must be so toned from all your gym workouts. Hope the senokot works x
 
I really enjoy it! No where near toned but can fit in clothes better !
Feel rough this morning had copious amounts of gin ! Good night though and pizza was lovely !

No idea what I've done but again food cravings very nearly got better of me. I must be hormonal x
 
Shoulder is really hurting ! Gutted going to have hot bath and early night !
 
Have you pulled a muscle? Also if we do give in to cravings I don't think it would do that much damage, we're not in ketosis and we're already eating carbs so it wouldn't be as bad as if we fully on Atkins, you know like putting 7lbs on cos you ate a biscuit! I think the damage would be quite minimal and we could make it better with some more exercise. That's what I like to think anyway! Xx
 
It a right in shoulder joint I dont know !!!! Got some decent painkillers so ok! I Sts last week and need a loss this one so I'm not giving in! I need to get properly in the 150s this week !!!
