Have you pulled a muscle? Also if we do give in to cravings I don't think it would do that much damage, we're not in ketosis and we're already eating carbs so it wouldn't be as bad as if we fully on Atkins, you know like putting 7lbs on cos you ate a biscuit! I think the damage would be quite minimal and we could make it better with some more exercise. That's what I like to think anyway! Xx
