No I'm in work I'm afraid scales gone under 160 fingers crossed they keep in a downward trend this week !!!
 
Omg I'm having the most terrible cravings at the moment ! Have been good though. Need those scales down!!!!

Dreamt I was 10 stone last night and although I think that is impossible I would like to think that means my scales go downwards :)

Well done on getting your time down - that must be such a good feeling, to compare the time to when you started :)
 
Where do you go for your walk / run? it's nice now that the evenings are lighter, particularly here being an hour ahead... coming out of work in the sun almost encourages me to walk home... almost!
 
Ha I run on the treadmill for now. Will venture out when it's even lighter after my assault course at the end of the month xxxx

Gym cancelled tonight I had a terrible day at work took me all my strength not to cry hormones don't help either. Done housework instead. Hoping for a nice loss tomorrow :) x
