well yesterday started good lol I had fruit salad for breakfast
then went to mums house and had a ham and coleslaw bap about 12pm - bap (hex b ) ham (free) coleslaw - 2syns
total syns - 2syns
dinner was at 3.45pm-
starter - homemade veg soup (free)
main - veg, mash, lamb (free) roastie (2syns) stuffing (3syns) gravy - 1syns
dessert - lemon drizzle cake (4syns) ice cream(3syns)
total syns for dinner - 12 syns lol and for the whole day so far 14 syns lol ok so would have been good if I had of stopped but I didnt lol
2 cocktails sausages (4syns) chicken (free), crisp and dips(no idea how many think about 6 syns) pickle and pineapple chunks (free)
then had 5 beers at 5.5 syns each so in total - 27.5 syns lol
so in total for the day I had 51.5 SYNS AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
no wonder I feel like crap today

but I did have a nice day, god weigh in tomorrow will be awful lol, hopefully I dont put on to much, the only good thing is I dont think I went over my weekly syns but I dont think that works for me
ah well today is new day -
breakfast - fruit salad and yoghurt
lunch - chicken salad
have no idea what dinner is yet something light anyway lol
