Haha same as me! Just had a chinese! And having a bbq at my mums tomorrow! Ahhh its been crap after crap after crap! I went for a run on tuesday and thursday and I went to the gym friday, but that does NOT make up for everything I've eaten. I've put on a lot of weight and it really shows! Arghh!
 
Now now girls am sure it wont be as bad as you to think

Hannah did u weigh last week? I think I have missed some chats lol

we will all go through period were are head just isnt in the right frame of mind for a diet but try and stick to it, even just go meal by meal, and if u mess up at one meal thats ok, just move onto the next remember this is for life not just a few months :)

dont think any of us will have a good weigh this week, but we still need to go and do it :)

after all my good meals I also ate a orange and choc cupcake, lots of tea and milk and also a flake, so prob a bit over my syns again, but ahwell lol draw a line under it and try again tomorro even tho I no i will never stick to it tomorro I have been planning on having the day off all week lol

going to mum for dinner so will be sunday roast of lamb, then I have made lemon drizzle cake for dessert, then there will be buffet food (will try not to pick to much) and drinks, which am only going to try and have one lol

I'm happy enough with that. Yesterday was absolutely awful (but so good too). The cocktail thing was good but they had set cocktails to make we didn't get to choose. Had 4 cocktails + food (chicken wings, chips, mozzarella fingers deep fried). Then I went for dinner at a Mexican + had loaded nachos then pork + pineapple wraps followed by pecan pie + ice cream. Yum.

At least all the junk is gone from the house + I'm going shopping soon. Wanted fruit salad for breakfast but only had strawberry + grapes in the fridge so opted for poached egg beans + toast. Would have been really tasty if the eggs hadn't exploded all over the microwave. Out of 3 eggs cooked I think I got about 3/4 of an egg to eat. Going to make a menu plan as I do a lot better with those to refer to. Do you think it will ever come naturally? I need a food diary + menu plan to keep me on track.

Hannah I hope you are weighing in today regardless of what you've eaten. You need to know how much you have gained to get back on track.

Hope you both have a lovely Easter with very little chocolate involved!
 
I don't know how much I've gained but I'm now 11 stone 8. Grr... So I've put a stone on from my lightest. Going to try and be good. Mum has me a salad together and I'll probs have a burger. Had weetabix and skimmed milk with artificial sweetener. Well done on sts kerry! Here's to a good week for us all!
 
That sucks Hannah. Put it behind you + get back on plan.

Been shopping, got my menu planned for the week and am all set to go. Having a roast beef dinner with all the trimmings really looking forward to it. Will work out about 8 syns for 2 yorkshire puds + gravy. Lunch was a sandwich with ham cheese (hex a) tomato + beetroot (5 syns for a warbuttons this) followed by a pear + mullerlight. Also going to make a fruit salad.
 
At least its gone Hannah, fresh start today.

Quite pleased with yesterday + looking forward to today. Cold meat + salad for lunch then pork burgers with a babybel in the middle for dinner served with potato + salad + a bread roll if I'm really hungry.

Not sure what to do today maybe take Cj out on his bike to the park. Reallyvjust want to stay home + read my book. Oh well at least its dry outside. Hope you both have a good day
 
well done kerry sts is fab, :) Hannah thats really sucks about ur gain but its better to know and now try to get back on track :)

well yesterday started good lol I had fruit salad for breakfast

then went to mums house and had a ham and coleslaw bap about 12pm - bap (hex b ) ham (free) coleslaw - 2syns
total syns - 2syns

dinner was at 3.45pm-
starter - homemade veg soup (free)
main - veg, mash, lamb (free) roastie (2syns) stuffing (3syns) gravy - 1syns
dessert - lemon drizzle cake (4syns) ice cream(3syns)

total syns for dinner - 12 syns lol and for the whole day so far 14 syns lol ok so would have been good if I had of stopped but I didnt lol

2 cocktails sausages (4syns) chicken (free), crisp and dips(no idea how many think about 6 syns) pickle and pineapple chunks (free)

then had 5 beers at 5.5 syns each so in total - 27.5 syns lol

so in total for the day I had 51.5 SYNS AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

no wonder I feel like crap today :( but I did have a nice day, god weigh in tomorrow will be awful lol, hopefully I dont put on to much, the only good thing is I dont think I went over my weekly syns but I dont think that works for me

ah well today is new day -

breakfast - fruit salad and yoghurt
lunch - chicken salad
have no idea what dinner is yet something light anyway lol

How is it going for the 2 of you today? Apart from wanting to eat dinner now im doing ok. Had a boring day in the house, Cj had a complete meltdown at getting dressed so we never got over the door. He has been asleep for the past 3 hours and now i'm bored and starting to think of food. Suppose I could have some more fruit salad, im going to be turning into a fruit salad soon:rolleyes:

It's a gorgeous day here so I'm in a fairly good mood. Forgot to bring yogurt to work with me which us annoying. Might have to walk to shop for one later.

thanks kerry am really worried about weigh in I know I was bad but I hate knowing that am going to have a gain :( really makes me so annoyed at myself whenever this happens

I have looked at it and in the month of april so far I havent lost anything, the whole month I havent lost or gained which suppose is good that I havent gained lol

so whatever happens tonight will be my total for the month, so hopefully I dont gain :(

It's another gorgeous day here. Cj had an icecream lolly this morning + I didn't even have a lick. Yay me.

Having a green day today so poached egg + toast for brekkie with a mullerlight + pear + grapes.

Lunch is going to be sweet chilli noodles then jacket potato with cheese + beans for dinner. Might make a fruit salad.

Hannah where have you disappeared to? I hope you are being good. If not still cone back to us we will understand + might be able to help.

yea its lovely here to, but am stuck in work

well last night I lost 1lb lol cant believe it I was shocked, but really pleased, so hopefully lose 1.5lb next week and then I will finally be 10 stone range lol :)

today has been good - breakfast - raspberries, blackberries, yoghurt
lunch - jacket potato, tuna, 28g cheese (hex a ), lettuce, tomato, pineapple and beetroot, orange and plum

dinner is going to be home made chicken breaded chunks (hexb), spices, either salad or veg :)

also trying to drink more water this week, help to flush me out :)

Today has been ok thankfully. I always seem to go off track on Wednesdays. No syns today which I'm happy about as we are going for a picnic on Friday so I need a few extra in reserve just to make sure I'm good. Maybe get an ice cream if its nice.
 
oh very nice, were are u going for ur picnic, is it u making the food? will it be slimming world friendly ?

I havent had any syns either, oh apart for mayo (2syns), but my easter eggs are calling me lol trying my hardest to ignore them :)

Mine is

Breakfast - fruit salad and yoghurt
Lunch - baked potato, cheese (hex a ) salad, plum and orange
Dinner - meat balls, tomato sauce(onion, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, tomatos) , pasta and broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts

am tring to do success express, so trying to do 2/3 day fruit and veg, hope am doing it right, just want an extra boost this week, really want 1.5lb

kerry what is ur goal for this week?
 
We are going to the zoo on Friday + will be making the picnic myself. Will be a small picnic as I don't want to have to carry loads of stuff around for hours. Might just do a tuna wrap + fruit. Last time I went to zoo I ate my picnic + a burger + chips as well.

My aim for this week is 3lb but would be happy with 2lb. Your day looks good for tomorrow sue. At the moment I'm planning porridge for brekkie jacket potato + beans for lunch then sausage mash turnip carrot + potato for tea with loads of fruit throughout the day.
 
ur menu for today sounds delish, well I am having meat balls but they arent home made, bought them from sains but need to use things in my freezer before I buy anything else

I cant find the syn value tho, there is 12 meatballs in the pack and they are be good to yourself range, I think they may be around 1.5 syns each

so am planning on maybe having 4-5 and giving gary the rest lol, altho he prob wont like them, so in total that would be 6-7.5 lol sounds awful just for meat, but I will try and not have any other syns lol

trying to drink alot more water this week aswell, trying for at least 2ltrs:) do u drink much water do u think it helps ? :)
 
It ALWAYS helps when I drink water! That's how I get myself on track! Well done on your 1lb loss Sue! That really is great!

Aw Kerry I wish I was going to the zoo! A Picnic sounds lovely!

Sue I wouldn't worry about the meatballs, I doubt they are too many syns! Does it say whether they are made from extra lean mince? I'd guess so! But syn them at 1.5 each to be on safe side.

My plan for today is:
Breakfast - weetabix and skimmed milk (put 3 in my bowl, planned on syning 1 of them, to make sure I didn't snack this morning, but I couldn't eat the third one, so only had 2 in the end anyway!)
Lunch - fruit salad
Dinner - jacket potato and baked beans (or spaghetti whatever is in the cupboard)

Got to use only cupboard food now, as we're moving out on Tuesday! So should have pasta and lots of canned tomatoes, not overly sure what I can do with that but hey ho! Got lots of frozen veg too, but no fruit! (When I go to mums she'll have LOADS of fruit for me every day!)

Packing up boxes is a slow process grrr, was up doing it until 11 last night and yet the place still seems packed up with junk!

Doing a carboot sale on Monday (hopefully) to get rid of old clothes and other bits and bobs, anything that doesn't sell is going to charity or in the bin!

I'm doing the 10km race for life on 9th July, so I am now using that as my 10 stone target date. Will re-evaluate my goals then! It's roughly 10 weeks away, so just over 2lbs a week (consistantly) would do it! But hopefully a big loss will happen next week and give me a boost into it!

You two are doing so well, I am so sorry I have been awol! After tuesday, I will be 100% focused and completely on track! Everything is planned; will be going to the gym in the morning (mon-fri), then be running 3-4 times per week after work! When I run and gym I eat healthier automatically so hopefully that will do the trick!

Good luck this week girlies! I am sure you can both do amazingly well! Keep up the 2litres a day of water Sue!
