WI: -1lb.

Trying not to be disappointed but was hoping for at least 2lb off this week as I felt I had done so well. I'm off work this week so its going to be harder to be 100% as I'm out for lunch 3 days + I always find it harder when there is no routine to my day. Oh well loss is a loss.

How did you get ion Hannah?
 
awk kerry dont worry, just remeber at least you didnt put on :) altho I know how disheartening it can be

it will come off next week it may be just water retention or something

Kerry just try to eat alot of speed foods this week if u have a lot on and remember to drink water :)

am not that hopefully for wi this week, my sister is home from glasgow and all we have done is eat lol we went to a chip shop yesterday for lunch cause its belfast most famous, the whole family went was yummy but I ate half a potato pastie, chips, bit of fish, bit of a chicken burger and two potato scallops lol which of course were all covered in battered and deep fries lol

that was at like 1 and then we had a bbq about 6.30 which i ate a sw burger bap, salad, sw chilli and pork sausages and some chicken wings lol but had a really good day so am happy lol might not be on tuesday but I am now lol

Hiya! Ok so I got my 7lb gain off this (please remember that losing a 7lb gain is not the same as losing 7lbs!) However although I was very good mon-fri (although friday I hardly ate as missed dinner and was starving!) I had a burger and chips yesterday AND a chinese! So smack for me! Going out for the day now which I am sure will result in ice cream at least lol oops! Well done kerry! Keep up the good work everyone! Don't be as naughty as me! :( Im still 11st 2 so still put on an extra 8.5lbs from my lightest arggh!
 
Well I joined the 2 if you on the naughty step. Had hot dog + chips at IKEA then went for a carvery where I had the works followed by icecream. Was so fed up after WI that I decided to have a day off. I will be back on track tomorrow and decided that for all our trips out we will have picnics instead of eating in the cafes that way I can control exactly what I eat.

Well done on the 7lbs Hannah you must be pleased. Hope we can all do better over next few days

yesterday I was a little bit better but not much lol

Breakfast - grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and yoghurt

Lunch - 2 x mini home made scones (6syns) butter (2syns) jam (1syn)

dinner - salad, pork and rice

then had a slice of pizza, just one bought from sains but prob bout 10 syns lol so altogether yesterday I had about 25 syns to be on the safe side lol

think I can safely say that I have even went over my weekly total lol

today am tryin to be good

Breakfast - grapefruit and raspberries, banana
snack - yoghurt
Lunch - 2 x nibble (hex b ) ham butter (1syn), 2 x oranges, 2 x plums
Dinner - pork chop, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, sweetcorn, cabbage and peppers

how is everyone else day looking?
 
Breakfast was fruitsalad + yogurt.
Lunch I need to buy
Dinner will be jacket pot + beans
Snack on train us cereal bar + cup of tea. Grapes + strawberries.

We are off on a traintrip today to see friends at their caravan in pitlochry. Hoping it will be a good dat out. Trying to limit my syns this week (wonder why? Lol).

I had porridge (but with whole milk still within the limit) and I've got a fruit salad and yogurt for lunch. Not sure about dinner, probably wraps with reggae reggae chicken, so lots and lots of syns!

I'm really sunburnt! Went for lunch at a local pub by the canal (thought I was going to morrisons food shopping so was not prepared!!) sat in the sun for about 2 hours max and the whole of my left side is bright red and painful. Thankfully not itchy yet but I can feel it coming! :(

Think the reggae reggae chicken will be 6 syns for 2 chicken breasts and wraps 7 syns each, so 20 syns...but it's a dinner I love! Maybe I should only have 1 wrap!

So hows life for everyone? Life is stressful atm and I know food isn't going to be great! Don't know how to stop myself I really want some chocolate or sweets today! :( Can't really see today being on plan.

Hannah try mixing some spices with ff Nat yogurt which would be son free then 2 wraps for 14 syns or just 1 wrap with lots salad + then you could have a bit if chocolate. I know its easy to say sod it when stressed but try to stay strong.

My friend had sausage rolls for us when we arrived so there goes 10 syns + my hex b.
 
Argh. Yesterday was so off plan. As well as the rolls I had 2 cheese toasties glass white wine bag of crisps then 2 ham + coleslaw sandwiches when I got home. Did sat no to chocolate + 2nd glass of wine so that must count for something lol.
Today just got to be better:
B:Branflakes (hex b)fruit salad + yogurt
L: 2xww bread cream cheese (hex a) 2 pears + pineapple
D:jacket potato beans cheddar cheese (hex a)
Grapes strawberries + yogurt.
Snack: grapes pear 2 kiwi.
Green day today so hopefully won't use any syns to make up for last 2 days. Will be out mist of the day so should help.

wooohoooo I lost 1.5lb have no idea how but am not complaining lol

my plan for this week is to try and be super good until the weekend as it my sister birthday and she is having us down to her house for food and drinks and I always seem to put on weight whenever I drink, so I made speed soup last night and am planning on having that for dinner everynight, am going to try and have massive salad for lunch and loads of speed fruit :) just trying to be super good to even sts lol

well done kerry, hope today goes aswell as yesterday, how have u been getting on Hannah?
 
That's brilliant sue.

Ended up having a bag of pombear crisps last night for 4.5 syns so 7.5 syns for the day. Bit disappointed as I was hoping not to have any syns for a few days but I'm so hungry all the time and fruit just doesn't fill me.

Today menu should look like this
B:branflakes (hex b) strawberries + yogurt
L:pasta with tomato + onion sauce + 14g cheese (hex a along with milk for tea) 2 pears grapes
D: sw chicken curry with egg fried rice with sugarsnap peas +onion
Fruitsalad + yogurt.

It's my nanas birthday today sovereigns are off to see her which is a challenge. She starts offering food as soon as you walk through the door, you don't even get your jacket off. Everything from a biscuit to crackers + cheese to a sandwich. Will have to be strong

I'm well + truly in holiday mode. It's almost 10am + Cj + I are still In pj's watching kids tv. Bliss, nothing to get dressed for till I pick mum up at 3pm. A lazy day ahead I think. Hope you both have a good one.
 
Hmm...i've got to hang my head in shame! :(

Yesterday was not on plan, but at the same time it wasn't as awful as it has been! Had some haribo and a milka choc bar, a bought pasta (spicy!) for lunch and a bag of dried mixed fruit. Then dinner was a microwavable lasagne from tesco (light choices).

BUT!!!!! I went for a run :D:D:D nearly 5km!! :) So pleased! Eating well today, but don't have any lunch! So will have to go buy some!? Maybe pasta again, probs will be high syns, but i'm running again today :)

well today am so hungry and dont have enough in with me, its shopping day today so didnt have any food at home,

Breakfast - grapes, orange, raspberries and kiwi
snack - mini muller light
Lunch - salad out of work canteen
Dinner - speed soup and is still hungry I will have some pasta and sauce ( do u think this is ok)

am not really sure what plan I will be following :( if canteen does maybe baked potato I can have that with salad and then it will be a green day which should be ok wouldnt it ???

girls in works birthday so brought in loads of buns, but the first thing I did was work out the syn value of them all so I know before I grab something, everything was like 4.5 - 8 syns

4.5 was a jammie dodger which I thought was rubbish so I have taken a mini egg nest cake - 5.5 syns, they look really nice and I have it in my drawer for later this afternoon so I wont eat anything else :) hopefully that will be the only syns I will eat today, It just hard not to have a bun since everyone is telling me to and that its only one day to chill out :( really annoys me
 
Thats really annoying sue. most of my friends are really great and while they still offer me cakes and biscuits they do accept it if i say no. Would they go on and on and make fun or call you uptight etc if you were an alcoholic refusing a drink? Sorry but I get mad when people make fun of the effort you are making to be healthier:mad:

Well done on the run Hannah, and im glad i can inspire someone cause i certainly dont seem able to inspire myself at the moment. Im having major doubts that im ever going to lose the weight that i want to lose. I hate the fact that i still WANT to eat cake and biscuits and pizza etc etc.

It is 11am and im starving. Cant really have lunch just now maybe i should have some toast, that would be 6 syns. or a cereal bar. Or maybe I should just have lunch?
 
Kerry what did u decide on, u should get some mug shots they are free and are great when u want a snack and one that feels naughty

ano It really annoys me to, well I havent ate the bun so far, its still in my drawer and I feel ok about it at the min

kerry to be honest I have went throught that stage were I couldnt see my self mopving forward, but I can now see how far I have come and take it from me it has taken me ages and was a struggle at points, but keep ur head up, u have done great so far,

I think I will always want pizza and naughty things but thats life and u cant not eat them for ever, just as a treat :)

for lunch i had a baked potato, cheese, lettuce tomato, red onion, pickles so think I done ok

so I think today will be a green then I wont hav to worry if my soup doesnt really hit it later, and then I can have pasta and sauce aswell :)
 
Sue I ended up having lunch. Decided it was silly to use syns when I had a free meal. Who says lunch has to be after 12 anyway?

Managed to resist everything at nanas but we won't go into the amount of crap Cj ate.

Ok. For today I'm having

D: egg + chips Yum
Snacking on fruit today
