Breakfast - Muller light

Lunch - none, had below at 3pm

Dinner - roast chicken breast (hexb x2), sw roast potatoes, mashed carrot & swede (2 syns marg), broccoli, gravy (3 syns).

Snacks - melon, satsuma, nectarine, milky bar (3.5 syns), options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk)

Monday

Breakfast - muller light

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - going to the local pub. Going to have chicken wrapped in bacon (hexb x2) topped with hexa cheese & BBQ sauce (2 syns) served with jacket potato and beans. Yum.

Snacks - options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa), satsuma, nectarine, melon, grapes, milky bar (3.5 syns), pink & white (2.5 syns)
 
Haa I know - you'd think I would as well but I really don't. My boss has his own chickens so he provides me with my eggies, he feeds them sweetcorn and the yolks are the most vivid shade of yellow and they taste amazing! I prefer to save my hex's and syns for the evening as me an OH always have a massive meal.

I lost 2 1/4 lb this week which I'm thrilled with as been a bit naughty the last few weeks. I munched a packet of wine gums (9 syns!!) earlier and I still feel a bit sick from the sugar......woops!!
 
Amazing loss this week my lovely! Well done! I can't wait to get tomorrow's WI over and done with and get focused on the 8 weeks agead xx
 
I'm sliding off plan every day it seems like, as I'm so close to my initial target (9 weeks to lose 2 1/4 lb!) I keep being naughty and eating bad things.

I'm trying my dress on at the end of the month so hopefully I will be able to assess whether I could lose a bit more or whether I should just try and maintain till the big day.

I just ate a milky bar crispy roll and now I feel a bit sick......

Oh my days me and my bestie shared a massive ice cream sundae last night. It was sooooo yummy and worth it because we haven't met up in a while. I am going to redeem myself today though!!
 
Tuesday

Breakfast - muller light

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - salmon (hexb x2), cous cous, cabbage & sweetcorn. 1/2 hexa cheese in cous cous.

Snacks - satsuma, melon, grapes, nectarine, strawberries, milky bar (3.5 syns), x3 extra light LC triangles (1/2 hexa), 1/2 milky way crispy roll (3 syns), sweets at work (5 syns)

Dinner - not sure yet, am letting my little brother decide where he wants to go for dinner.....

Snacks - satsuma, nectarine,,melon, grapes, cherries, milky bar (3.5 syns), options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk)
 
Bad, bad, bad Caz. Dinner last night was a total write off. Prawn toast, ribs, sweet & sour pork, ice cream. Omg what is wrong with me!! I really hope I put on weight this week, I need something to snap me out of this bloody mood!!
 
Thursday

Breakfast - muller light

Lunch - only had a few bites of my egg salad with salad cream (1/2 syn)

Dinner - wholemeal toast (hexb) topped with beans & cheese (1/2 hexa & hexb). Smudge marg (1 syn)

Snacks - melon, grapes, nectarine, satsuma, options (1/2 hexa & 2 syns), milky way crispy roll (6 syns).

Need to get another hexb in there somewhere........

Bless you, Caz, sounds like you're having a bit of a 'mare! I wouldn't give yourself too hard a time, it's probably because you know you're super close to your wedding target so subconsciously you feel like you're allowed to treat yourself! It's an easy trap to fall into, I'm sure. Maybe you could look at using all your syns every day for the next couple of weeks? So you can eat a bit more flexibly but still on plan? Hopefully you'll lose, but perhaps not quite as much, which might be good because of your dress fitting? xx
 
I think you're right, I'm just itching to try my dress on and see how it fits.

I've had lots of compliments from work, friends and family telling me that I'm looking amazing and I'm shrinking and it's leading me to celebrate the only way I know how (e.g with food!).

Going to Pizza Hut for lunch tomorrow as a colleague is leaving but I'm going to only have the salad bar, I have stuffed my face this week and it needs to stop!!

I'm going to the doctors tonight to have my implant taken out of my arm and dreading it so feeling a bit sick today and off my food. It hurt loads last time and went infected so I'm worried it will be the same this time :(.

Oh you poor thing. I've got a coil so I can kind of understand how you feel. I'm way too much of a wuss to go down the implant route - the thought of it makes me feel really woozy!! I'm sure you'll be fine and the doctors will take very good care of you though. Take some painkillers before you go and a bottle of water in case you feel funny afterwards. Will be thinking of you xx
 
Thanks hun, I swore I'd never have one after the first one but I did and now I remember why I had the first one out lol. Felt quite sick all afternoon and barely eaten anything worrying about it but gotta be done, don't want any angry red scars for the wedding xx
 
Friday - woooooohooooo!!

Breakfast - muller light

Lunch - pizza hut buffet but salad bar only!!!! I was very good and only had salad :)

Dinner - quorn peppered steaks, beans, cheese (hexb & hexa), toast (hexb).

Snacks - melon, grapes, cherries, strawberries, milky way crispy rolls (6 syns), small milky way (4 syns)

TGIF!

Quorn is actually quite nice, I'm learning. I've never really gone near it before as I love my meat and didn't see the point in fake stuff! But had quorn spag bol last night and it was yummy!

Breakfast - strawberries, muller greek, squirt cream (1 syn)

Lunch - rice with sweetcorn & cheese mixed through (hexa)

Dinner - jacket potato with beans, cheese (hexa), chicken breast (hexb x2), salad.

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), melon, grapes, cherries, nectarine, satsuma, half caramel shortcake (8 syns)

No breakfast as very lazy & didn't get up in time!

Lunch - pasta mixed with tomato puree, cheese (hexa) & sweetcorn.

Dinner - carbonara: quark, eggs, laughing cow extra light (1/2 hexa), cheddar (1/2 hexa), bacon (hexb x2)

Snacks - melon, grapes, ww yog, squirt cream (1 syn), ww petit pan (5 syns?), marg (1 syn)

Dinner - carbonara
