Dinner - chicken (hexb) in diet coke which was minging served with rice, cabbage & sweetcorn

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), melon, grapes, cherries, satsuma, cheesecake made with x2 alpen (hexb), phili (hexa), quark, options (2 syns)

Breakfast - muller greek (1/2 syn) over pear

Lunch - pasta mixed with tomato puree, 1/2 hexa of cheese, cucumber, sweetcorn, hard boiled eggs & salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - mother bear is making me salmon fishcakes out of the ww book (potato, hexb of salmon, egg, seasoning & hexb of breadcrumbs) served with salad

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), satsuma, pear, piece of galaxy (1 syn), matchmaker (1 syn)

Lunch - salmon fishcake (mostly potato tbh!) with jacket potato & baked beans, hexa of cheese on top.

Dinner - beef stifado served with rice & salad

Monday

Breakfast - muller greek (1/2 syn) over satsuma

Lunch - left over risotto (1/2 hexa cheese, 1/2 hexb chicken, sweetcorn, red onion)

Dinner - salmon (hexb x1.5), broccoli pasta'n'sauce (1/2 syn) made with hexa cheese & 1/2 hexa milk served with cabbage & sweetcorn

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), options indulgance (3 syns), milk for options (2 syns), pear, meringue nest (3 syns), raspberries, muller greek (1/2 syn), squirt low fat cream (1 syn).

Bit heavy on syns today but under 15 so it's all good - the options indulgance was totally worth the extra syn!!

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - carbonara (pasta, hexa cheese, hexb x2 bacon, quark, eggs)

Snacks - options (2 syns) with 1/2 hexa milk, milky bar (3.5 syns), pear, melon, grapes, peach, pink & white (2.5 syns)
 
Caz, I can't believe I've only just found your diary!!

I love how Options with cream is your indulgence - mine is either a Freddo, pink wafers or a scoop of ice cream with fruit and a couple of syns worth of chocolate on top. Really makes me feel like I've had a great :) xx
 
Haa, It's very boring because I eat so many of the same things!! I just had my microwaved pink & white, nommy nom nom xx
 
Ooh microwaved sounds interesting! Might have to try that. I've just had a scoop of ice cream, frozen raspberries and half a Freddo. Yum!! xx
 
Is it low fat ice cream? How do your measure 50ml? I use a shot glass at work for my milk lol.

Microwave pink&white for 15 seconds and the marshmallow goes really soft and squishy out the sides, It's so yum! xx
 
Wednesday

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - going to Harvesters, going to have plain chicken breast (hexb x2), jacket potato & salad, possibly a side of beans if they do them.

Snacks - pear, melon, grapes, peach, milky bar (3.5 syns), options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa)

Will need something to bump up my hexa, might nibble on a few laughing cox triangles at the cinema later. Who needs popcorn lol

Edit: Going to allow 3 syns for the chicken as think it was brushed with oil, had a coffee at the cinema to use up the rest of my hexa.

Mmm Harvester! I woke up on the wrong side of bed this morning and in all my stomping around I've forgotten my Muller Light. Nightmare! lol. Just fruit for me, then! xx
 
Sorry lovely, only just saw your ice cream related message. I've got Carte D'or in the fridge at the mo and it's 100kcal per 100ml so I measure 50ml (about 1 scoop) on my kitchen scales (cleverly they do ml too, but grams is almost the same if yours don't). It was lovely last night with frozen raspberries and a bit of chocolate. Would be good with one of your Milky Bars on top :) xx
 
Hmmm they do a lighter one as well so might have to try that. Was also looking at frozen yoghurt but It's not the same. I literally had my hand on a small pot of Ben & Jerrys at the cinema last night but I found the strength to put it back and have a coffee :)

Dinner - hunters chicken sw style (1.5 hexb chicken, 1/2 hexb bacon, hexa cheese, syn free bbq sauce) served with rice, broccoli and sweetcorn

Snacks - options (2 syns & 1/2 hexa milk), satsuma, melon, grapes, milky bar (3.5 syns)

Was a bit naughty tonight and had a crunchie and some garlic flatbread (about 25 syns in total!!) but I have stuck to plan for 14 weeks and never had a gain so I'm celebrating! I will regret it tomorrow because white bread bloats me out but never mind :)

Feeling very full after my dinner last night as expected :(

Breakfast - I will take a muller light to work but not sure if I will eat it!

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - turkey breast with syn free BBQ sauce, rice & broccoli. Small sprinkling of cheese on top (1/2 hexa)

Snacks - options (1/2 hexa milk & 2 syns), milky bar (3.5 syns), satsuma, melon, grapes, strawberries, x2 jelly snakes (2 syns), m&m's (guestimate 3 syns)
