Hi guys
A bit annoying this week as I've put on half a pound. I know why though - my daughter and I were both very ill with a virus last week and couldn't keep anything down. So there was absolutely nothing in my stomach after that and I lost 8lb last week because of it. I guess my stomach had to keep some of the water I drank to fill back up again. Anyway, that makes 7.5lb lost over the last two weeks, so it's not too bad and I'm still on track.

Week 1: -8lb *into 13st bracket*
Week 2: -5.5lb (-13.5lb)
Week 3: -4.5lb (-1st 4lb) *in to 12st bracket* *lost over 1st*
Week 4: -8lb (-1st 12lb)
Week 5: +0.5lb (-1st 11.5lb)
