What are we eating today?

Hi peggy, welcome to Atkins love.

If you have a look at the top of the Atkins forum you'll see some stickies, have a read of them and then come and ask questions love.

B: left over smoked pork sausage, fried onions and fried eggs.
L: That'll be the Cafe as usual.
D: Barnsley lamb chops spinach, kale and mixed cabbage and Leek.
 
B: 2 rashers bacon fried in Olive oil
L: Salmon (tinned), lettuce, cherry tomatoes, celery, mayo (was good 'cos lunch was provided but was all sandwiches and wraps)
D: Only got fresh salmon in so might go and get summat else to have with white cabbage and broccoli
 
B: 2 boiled eggs
S: cheese
L: 3 sausages and a burger
D: jelly and cream

Morning all, I hope you all had a good weekend.

B: Left over pork joint with fried eggs and onions.
L: We have a meeting today so let's hope I can find something vaguely legal.
D: Not sure, we still have some Pork joint left.
 
Cazza, are tomatoes not illegal?

B 3 egg omelette with cheese
L roast lamb from yesterday
D pork chops with salad leaves
 
They were illegal on he first edition of Atkins '72 but I think they may be legal now, if slightly high carb.
 
Yes tomatoes are allowed but they are a bit higher.

B: 2 babybel - had nothing else in
L: Pork chop and one sausage
S: almonds (5)
D: Chicken breast and salad
 
Ok first day today and I have had:

B = 2 hard boiled eggs
snack = fridge raiders
L = Egg, bacon and mayo sandwich filler, sugar fee jelly.
D = salmon with green beans cooked in butter.

So how is that looking?! anything that shouldnt be there?!
 
Good Morning,

B: I minced up the pork joint with some onion and an egg and made rissoles last night, I had the remaining ones this morning with some salad.
L: The Càfe as usual.
D: Pan fried monkfish in some garlic butter and steamed green leaf veggies, i.e. Bok Choi, Pak Choi spinach and cabbage and leek.

B: Scrambled eggs with chives.
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch.
D: Lamb chops and wokked stir fry greens.
 
I'm having a sausage day

B one sausage with 2 mushrooms
L three sausages
D gammon I think
 
b. 2 eggs and 2 bacon rashers
l. grilled salmon with spinach
d. probably a protein shake, am too stuffed come eve nowadays just fancy something light but haven't got a clue what else to have so will just have a shake.

any ideas for light atkins foods?
 
I haven't love, I was and am always starving once I get home. LOL
 
Do most people not feel the need for snacks?? I think because I am at home all day at the moment I get notions about things in between meals.

L: 10 almonds, 5 blueberries and 1 tbsp natural yoghurt, atkins bar
S: Atkins bar (one and a half) - and ill be wondering why i haven't lost weight:mad:
D: Roast beef, broccoli, mushrooms and onions
S; 2 walnuts
