What are we eating today?

Good morning

Annie I used to snack all the time on induction.

B: 2 cold lamb chops and salad.
L: We have a function on today so I'll have to be careful and picky.
D: Steak and steamed green veggies.
 
I don't need to snack these days either Laura.

B: left over steak fried up with eggs and spinach.
L: I fancy the 3 cheese and spinach melt from the veggie Cafe.
D: TFIF, the pub and then a donner and onion salad.
 
B: 10 blueberries, 10 almonds, tbsp natural yoghurt
S: Babybel and small slice ham
L: Veg soup
D: Salmon and veg
 
Morning all,

B: scrambled eggs with chives and parsley.
L: The Cafe as usual.
D: Probably lamb curry with caulirice.
 
B: 3 scrambled eggs with a blob of butter (YUM)
L: Left over meatloaf (Jims one) (cold tho - that is so nice cold Jim!)
D: The rest of the meatloaf (warmed up) with broc/cauli and an atkins decadence bar.

L: 2 slices beef with salad and mayo
D: 6 meatballs, broccoli, white cabbage & few onions nuked in butter

D: Pork loin steaks with steamed cabbage and leek.
 
B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese in
L: 3 slices beef and chicken tikka fillets & salad
D: Braised steak, onion, mushrooms done in an organic vegetable stock I picked up in The Lakes and is only 0.7g of carbs :) with broccoli & savoy cabbage
 
cIve got the same stock!! its low salt and all that jazz too isnt it :)

B: 2 eggs, 2 bacon, chopped mushrooms
L: Flat mushroom (small) filled with garlic soft cheese and baked for 10 (YUM!)
D: Cod and veg (courg, broc, onion, asparagus)

Loads of water today too :)
 
B: Almonds, berries and soya yogurt (the natural, organic sugar free one)
L: Grilled Mackeral, tomato and mayo
S: Nuts
D: Soup

B: left over pork loin steaks (yes 2 of them) diced and fried up with scrambled eggs and fried onion.
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch as usual today.
D: meat loaf made with lamb mince for a change and broccoli and cauliflower florets
 
How do you prepare the wellington with no pastry Laura?
 
Hi! I think I'm mainly going to be eating the same each day for the first month of induction! Except Saturday when I will be going out for dinner so will try to be as good as possible...

B: 2 scrambled eggs with a touch of water, sprinkle cheese
L: Tin tuna, mayo, green salad (cucumber & lettuce)
D: 2 chicken breasts, veg stock, broccoli, cauliflower (can I have mushrooms, onions and carrots? Will have without just now until I do my research lol)

Carrots? I missed that, yes they are a no no on induction.
 
ah I see, yes Mushrooms are fine Kirsty and onion but in very small quantities I'd suggest.

L: mackerel salad with mayo & french dressing
D: chicken breast with bacon and cheese, with cauliflower
