Hi! I think I'm mainly going to be eating the same each day for the first month of induction! Except Saturday when I will be going out for dinner so will try to be as good as possible...
B: 2 scrambled eggs with a touch of water, sprinkle cheese
L: Tin tuna, mayo, green salad (cucumber & lettuce)
D: 2 chicken breasts, veg stock, broccoli, cauliflower (can I have mushrooms, onions and carrots? Will have without just now until I do my research lol)
