3rd day and feeling good!
B - scrambled egg, smoked salmon
L - 2oz cheddar, 1 hard boiled egg, salad & mayo
D - chicken breast wrapped in bacon and roasted in a little butter, served with brocolli, cauliflower
Drinks - loadsa water, couple decaff coffees with cream
Exercise - the usual walk 2 miles ea. way to work
