What are we eating today?

Morning

B: last night's leftovers
L: chicken salad with mayo
D: sausages and mushrooms with a bit of cheese sauce (low carb obviously!)
S: I've got a Mattesons sausage chopped up in the fridge that I can have some of and some cheese
E: going to walk the dogs this morning and I'm usually out for an hour. I'm not a slow walker either.

Good morning Jim!

I am about to have a late breakfast of a MIM and cream cheese.

Lunch will be low carb pasta (linguine) with one chopped, fried veggie sausage and a selection of finely diced vegetables, topped with grated cheese.

Dinner - tomato and herb omelette with cauliflower and broccoli.

Supper - maybe an Atkins advantage bar.

Induction, day 5

B - Smoked salmon omlette
L - cooked a little (60g = 0.6 carbs) chorizo last night (i know it's not on the list but it was in the fridge and needed using up!) will have it chopped in a salad with 1oz feta, 10 olives and a little salad and mayo
D - homemade beef burger, 1oz cheddar melted over burger, veg

couple of coffees with tbsp cream in each. Usual water.

Walk to work & back (4 miles total)

L: gammon, bit of red leicester, salad and mayo
D: cottage pie with cauliflower mash on top
S: bits of cheese or mattensons sausage.

Have been at the pool every day.
Going to make it with Atkins I think, was a bit poorly couple of days but had not been taking enough liquid. Now must get blog up to date.
Hoping everyone is losing.
 
Ive decided I dont want dinner. I want wine instead :D

i really am feeling demotivated and fed up. mmmmm red wine :S
 
B- 2 cheese strings
L- home made cauli cheese ( was lush!!!)
S- mushroom soup and dry roasted peanuts.. although i know i shouldnt
D- Salad and chicken... or maybe just the chicken on its own!
 
Induction, day 6

B - 2 rashers bacon, 2 eggs, cherry tomato, mushroom all fried up
L - tuna, 10 black olives, salad (lettuce, celery, cucumber, red pepper), tbsp mayo
D - stir-fried tofu, stir fried veg (red pepper, cabbage, brocolli, onion, celery)

Drinks - couple decaff coffee with cream, water

Exercise - raining! going in the car to work so only exercise will be pushing the trolley round Tesco later...

P.S. Fattogo30 weigh in day will be Sunday. Hope you feeling OK now.

D: well it's Friday and we are eating out at 80 dishes around the world.

Good news is I'm down 4lbs on posted weight so I have some leeway. :)

dry roasted peanuts will undo all my hard work but i love them!!!!! aagghhh only small amounts tho..
