B @ 5am this morning! bacon and eggs
Snacks throughout the day - 1 oz cheese, 10 olives, 2 Atkins day break bars
D - chorizo, onion, red pepper, cheese, eggs (a variation on a Delia recipe someone posted the other day). Red wine (ah, i love being on OWL!)
Reason for the snacks instead of a proper meal - i've been out all day, freezing in a farmers field doing some bird work!
