What are we eating today?

morning :)
B - bacon and eggs
L - chicken salad and curry mayo
D - lamb steaks with fried greens :D
Snacks - pork scratchings and NO wine ;-)
 
I shall join in - not very exciting though!
B- MIM
L - Chicken mixed with mayo, cucumber, chives and soured cream, scooped in to little gem lettuce leaves with olives on the side
D-I have left over kebab meat from last night, with a bit of mayo, and green veg (whatever's in stock)
 
Hi everyone, Sorry to be boring and cheesy but I had a lovely valentines day!

I had coke zero yesterday and loved it - but today feel quite bloated - could that be why?

I had nice valentines day too - without lining Hallmarks pocket! We had a lovely steak and too much red wine.

Vicky how do you make your curry mayo? Im getting fed up of normal mayo now!

B - 2 eggs scrambled, 2 mushrooms, bacon.
L - Tuna omellete with salad
D - Chicken drumsticks in spices roasted with salad - Mmmmm

I just put some curry powder in my mayo and add to taste. make sure powder doesnt have any added sugar in :) its lovely.
Also garlic puree is nice and I have some piri barbeque spice too.

Im the mayo queen!
 
I thought that Pir BBQ sauce was quite high in carbs Vicky?
 
Food poisoning is horrid. I've had it twice and felt very ill indeed.

Breakfast: Chocolate MIM with cream cheese

Lunch: Atkins Bar

Dinner: Omelette made with beaten eggs and water mixed with celery, cabbage, spring onions, cauliflower and garlic (all veggies whizzed up very fine in the food processor, first). Served with sliced tomatoes.

Snack: To be decided
 
:eek: I found schwarz herb jar and its extra hot and maybe not piri piri but think it extra hot barbeque - no suger in it. oh hope it ok x
