What are we eating today?

B - fried up some minced beef and had it with a couple of eggs
L - ham and cream cheese
S - Atkins Day Break bar
D - Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, broccoli, cabbage
 
B: left over faux cottage pie
L: corned beef slices spread with cream cheese
D: roast pork with green veggies, low carb cheese sauce and some beef stock.
S: pepperami and 2 babybel

L: The cafe as usual
D: Chicken in white wine suace and broccoli cheese
 
last night i had my chicken salad with a bit of a twist! this may sound awful to some!


Half chicken breast already cooked.
half cup white cabbage chopped fine
half cup lettuce chopped fine
4 small mushrooms chocpped
5 slices of cucumber ( i dont know why i counted them)
low stuff ketchup

Fried the mushrooms slightly and added the chicke and a squirt of ketchup. added the cabbage the lettuce and cucumber and a tad bit of water. Served with the water dried up and eveything soft.

home made chicken stirfry like the kids but from the kebab shop!
was SOO nice. Havent carbed it out yet but im sure it wasnt too bad!
New fave.. chicken salad with a twist.
 
Morning all.... still feeling pants so not interested in eating.
B: protein bar (need to get some more shakes!)
L: ??
D: ?? & kale or celeriac mash

L - chicken and burger salad (left over burger from last night wasnt hungry)
D - butter chicken and greens
snacks - pork scratchings :D

Lunch: Flaxmeal and oat flour pancake with butter

Dinner: Dreamfields Low carb pasta (linguine) with tomato and herb sauce, topped with grated cheddar cheese

Snack: Atkins bar

D: TFIF, the pub and then a curry or Donner.

I hear ya longratia! Ive become imune to no losses now! whats the point getting upset ur still doingt he right thing by sticking to the diet!

B- 3 scrambled eggs! i know greedy or what!
L- chicken and mushroom soup
D- spinish, mushroom and broccli quiche ( yup home made, they dont make um weird enough int he shops for me!)

S- cheese strings
D- water, peppermint tea, sugar free red bull ( i know but ive been up since 5am and im working till 10pm i blame my son!)

Breakfast: MIM made with cooked shredded cabbage and onion plus fried egg. Mmmmm!

Lunch: Atkins bar

Dinner: Dreamfields Linguine with fresh tomato and herb sauce, topped with grated cheddar cheese. (dreamy indeed). Generous portion cabbage with butter and pepper.

Snack: To be decided.
