What are we eating today?

B = omlette with mushroon n cheese
L = chicken salad
T = chicken stuffed with cheese and veg
2 lt of water! thats really good for me its usually 1 sip!
jelly n cream, cant wait!!

today i have had

B: nowt
L: 2 boiled eggs, salad leaves, cucumber, mayo
D: savoury mince, cabbage,

S: none so far but i but some cheese so may have a toasted MIM later if im peckish with cheese..mmmm

4/5 pints water!!!

2 vodkas (so far lol)
 
Hey missy glad you posted before me. Lol.
Today ive had B=half an atkins decadence bar as it was all i could get from boots at charing cross. L=the other half of the bar and 5 mouthfuls of salad. D=2 small burgers (1.8carbs each), celeriac chips and veg. W=2.5litres.
Im really not hungry and force feeding myself is making me literally gag. Any ideas?
 
Why not try eating little and often and take a small lunchbox of cold meats and salad veg like celery to have as and when instead of 3 meals x
 
I grabbed all i could get today hun. Had to leave really early and havent been shopping as going away tomorrow. I really cant face food. How much do you think is ok? Im hoping that with mark cooking me lots of bbq's while we're away i might eat more
 
mmm away from all the stress and someone else cooking im sure your appetite is going to come back, dont panic, you just need to be a little more organised and make snack foods the night before so you dont have to waste time in the morning xxx

im hoping my meals today were a tad better than yesterdays lol
 
Just had a wetherspoons mixed grill with double salad instead of chips for our anniversary dinner................

E: Powerplates, 1 hour fast walk

Absolutely beautiful here, I walked along the canal to lunch and all the water fowl were out. I scagged some dry bed for them from the Cafe and they all went mad when I fed them on the way back. LOL.
 
I love walking on the canals round here too - and am very fond of ducks as you can tell from my user name lol
 
b - 2 black farmer sossie & 2 eggs
l - chicken mayo salad & smoked cheddar
d - salmon, broccoli, cauliflower & garlic mushrooms
sn - made oopsies last night! cheese & ham oopsie, yummy! For the first time I put a little grated cheese on top of the mounds before I baked them, it really makes a difference to the taste & texture.

Phew it's boiling here. Today I am having:

L: leftover roast beef and brocolli cheese with bacon in
D: Pork chops and a stuffed mushroom

W: 2 litres so far but probably loads more due to the heat
E: nowt - busy day :(
