B - 2 Eggs scrambled with smidge of reduced sugar ketchup
L - King Prawns, 3 big sticks of celery, big chunk of cucumber sliced and some mayo
D - Not sure yet, will be some Minced Beef with either spinach or cauliflower cheese
E - Brisk walk home, about 2 miles
W - 3 Litres so far but will be drinking 2 more before bed and had 2 diet pepsis at work.
Just had some spinach cooked in butter for my dinner and I've never tried it before...... Wow yum I've been missing alot! Will be with most meals from now on!
Tried looking for that but no luck so far. Going to Doncaster market on saturday and they tend to have quite a wide selection so will try my luck there. Also want to try celeriac but again had no luck finding any yet.
B:Flax muffin (not overly keen but actually break the constipation so try to have at least 3 of these a week)
