Morning!

B: MiM, 2 bratwurst, cheese (2oz) omelette
L: Chicken thighs and caesar salad
D: Pork & chorizo sausages and cauli cheese (cream, not flour)
W: 3-4l
E: P90 sculpt circuit

Wed 3/8 - Maintenance

B - Egg mayonnaise plus half dozen macadamia nuts, mim cereal and cream
L - Corned beef, full fat soft cheese and romaine lettuce roll ups
S - 2 slices of mim with fromage frais
D - pork steaks in a cream sauce with broccoli, spring greens and a few mange tout, oh yes and courgettes

1.5 hours with dogbert
4 litres plus coffees
1 glass red wine - medicinal purposes (lady time)
1 vodka and coke zero - cos the OH cheesed me off big time

B: Porridge and blackberries, it's wet and miserable out there.
L: I'm meeting Colleen today, I'm looking at a big fry up.
D: Pork and courgette casserole, it's cooking in the slow cooker now. :)

In the MIM recipe thread there is something called cinnamon flaxmeal crackers which you can break into bits and use as cereal with cream on it - bit of an acquired taste - have tried it with cinnamon and cocoa powder at different times - basically just flaxmeal, cinnamon and water to make a ball of dough, you roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper, take one off and bake it then cool and break up. Simples.........

That sounds interesticg could you use it for cheese on crackers.

I had a weird day again but such a yummy dinner!

B: none :(
L: no lunch break, packet of tikka fridge raiders and packet of pork scratchings whilst driving!
D: Totally wrong veggies (no salad veggies) but I had no appetite so had to make myself something tempting and yummy...

Will eat better tomorrow :eek:

B - 3 eggs scrambled with cream, butter and cheese (oh the pain)
L - 2 leftover pork steaks with spring greens
D - smoked cod (yuk - but it was cheap lol)

W - usual 4 litres plus coffee
E - maybe an hour with dogbert tonight as I want to make some oopsies and I will run out of time otherwise
A - depends on how much the OH irritates me tonight

Friday 6/8 - Maintenance
B - Mim cereal and cream
S - oopsie slice with corned beef and brown sauce (just a tad)
L - fish and chips - I know, I know, but A - it is free, work are paying and B - I have lost 3 lbs this week and I am not supposed to be losing lol
D - home made burgers with blacksticks blue in the middle - prob with salad

E - at least an hour with dogbert
W - 4 + litres as usual plus coffees
A - supposed to be going out so probably wine and/or voddie
 
Nice one Jim, I wanted to 'like' your post!

Tried soft boiled eggs mashed with butter today, bloody lush!!
Lunch was just some ham.
Dinner was fried chicken breasts with french beans & mushrooms stuffed with pesto & cheese :D

Bren, those burgers sound lovely. I love blue cheese, but I usually grate strong chedder & mix it in my burgers.

I've planned the weekend & I'm looking forward to the menu :D
