Lunch:- tuna/mayo & lettuce
Dinner:- chicken, runner beans,cauli
cream in coffee throughout day (dilute 100ml cream with water and use like milk)

Lunch:-tuna & mayo + green salad
whoops bit of a slip went to preview a sale sort of drifted into pub on the way home,3 gin & slimlines later,dinner= 2 slices corned beef and some hot and spicy chicken.
