What are we eating today?

Re shirataki noodles, yes I find them really filling too - did a beef curry stir fry and they were nice, albeit a bit chewy.

Catthin I love the idea of carbonara - will try that this week :)

L: The Cafe probably.
D: Pan fried white fish and steamed veggies.

Hi Jim - the interview was OK, I could answer everything and didn't have to resort to flashing boobs or anything to distract them :) - but I'll have to wait until the end of next week to hear if I'm shortlisted.

B - bacon and egg Mim-muffin
L - warm roast lamb and feta salad
D - D&A sausages and cauli mash again I think

B: Scrambled Egg with a couple of pieces of chicken
L: Crab, Prawn and Avocado Salad with a MIM
D Steak with mushroom cream sauce
 
B: coffee with soya milk (tummy was in knots as was my sons first day at 'big' school
L: 2 egg cheese and ham omelette with lettuce and Mayo
D: hmmm, I've got nothing in! Is another omelette overdoing the eggs for one day??
 
Thurs 9/9 - Maint
B - mim with cream poured over
L - 2 aldi bratwurst and spring greens
D - home made burgers with feta crumbled into the mince - with courgettes fried in olive oil butter and dried chilli flakes - yummy
S - rest of mim and mascapone

E - hopefully the full 1.5 hours with dogbert later
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - lots of apple voddy and coke zero

W 2l water plus lots Back in ketosis now so should stop the cravings

500gms beef mince
4 spring onions finely chopped
half a pack of feta - cubed
1 egg to bind
herbs of choice, salt and fresh ground pepper, squirt of worcester sauce
squidge it all together till mixed well and feta is well mixed in
left mine overnight to chill and firm up then grilled till done to perfection
The missus had hers with a tin of beans and I had mine with sliced courgettes fried in chilli flakes, olive oil and butter - have to say they were yummy - better than the ones with mozarella cos the feta seems to stay solid and in the burger rather than melting away. Might put more in next time too.
Making burgers is my new hobby lol

L: 150g chicken breast strips (0.4c) with 2 cups salad (3-5c) and 2 tbsp real mayo (0c)
D: Small piece of brisket (0c) with 2 cups chopped cabbage (3c)
S: s/f jelly (0c) with 100ml cream (3.2c)

About 10c max

I'm 6'1" and 246lbs. Does this look excessive to anyone, please? :confused:

Well, seems it may be my final day here for a couple of weeks :-(
I really need to lose 11 pounds in 4 weeks so reckon another couple of weeks of tfr should knock a few pounds off that. Plus, I'm skint and spending a small fortune so really need to use up my exante packs
I'm going out with a bang though.....

B: 4.5 D&A chipolatas, coffee with soya milk
L: 2 egg cheese omelette with lettuce and Mayo
D: d&a chipolatas with cauli cheese mash and broccoli
S: sugar free jelly

Think I'll pop by bedtime eating all that!!

B - 1/2 mim with pouring cream
S - handful of soya beans and a couple of spoons of mascapone (not together I hasten to add)
L - tuna mayo and cucumber
S - couple of babybel if I need them
D - thinking steak and salad but need to shop

E - usual with dogbert
W - 4 litres plus coffees
A - probably
