What are we eating today?

Morning all,

Still on induction 'till Saturday here.

B: big fry up, 2 x fried eggs, bacon sausage and mushrooms.
L: I'll be out to the Carby Cafe today, but looking for something induction friendly.
D: Beef & Aubergine casserole, I kicked it all off in the slow cooker this morning.
 
Afternoon all on this hectic Tuesday

B - bacon and eggs
L - sausage salad with rocket, cucumber, tomato, cheese
D - lamb steak and cauli mash

Tue - 14/9 Maint
Not sure why but scales jumped about 1lb from yesterday morning to this morning, hate it when it does that :-(
B - half a mim with double cream
L - 2 oopsies with corned beef, brown sauce plus a side salad of romaine, cucumber and a tomato
D - got some mince out - have to go to vets with dogbert tonight as he has a sore ear so not sure what to make with it, something quick like burgers perhaps. (Was mince with feta and red onion and an egg, made into burgers and grilled - served with lc coleslaw and watercress).

E - as per above, will depend on time at vets - just the walk up the big hill to the vets I am afraid
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - will try and avoid again - good girl again!

L..pastrami (again, however its lovely)
D..gonna have a crack at the famous cheese burger pie and cauli mash :D

E..work again on me feet all day never stopped (bad excuse huh)

Supper-my first chocolate & ginger mim with thick double cream & a few rasberries
E-already walked 4 miles by 6.30am :) weights & exercise bike (30mins)

I know what you mean Bren, my scales were 1lb up today & it's my s*dding WI tomorrow :(

Morning all :) I'm 2lbs down on posted weigh, good start to my pre blowout on Saturday.

B: left over Beef & Aubergine casserole.
L: Not sure, but something legal at the Cafe.
D: Lamb Curry and broccoli.

Me today - Wednesday

B - Bacon, mushrooms and avocado
L - Ham with cream cheese (Tesco organic is very smooth and lush) and salad
S - Pork crunch
D - Lamb steaks that I didn't have last night with cauli mash and cheese sauce
A - may well have a gin and slim

B - half a mim with clotted cream for a change
S - cheese and mushroom omelette around 10:30
L - roast ham, slice of quiche with crust removed, salad
D - white fish and asparagus and 2 poached eggs
S - rest of mim and cream

E - 1.5 hours walk with dogbert - no rain!!
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees

L - 2 pork chops with stir fried cabbage,spring onion and mushroom
D - black farmer sausages and salad with mayo and maybe a
poached egg (depends how hungry I am)

Can anyone tell me if I'm right thinking spring onions are lower carb than ordinary onions? Sorry, I can't get to my book at the mo but I think I saw it in there.
 
B. smoked kipper with lemon juice (ponged my kitchen out a bit)
L. slice of cheese burger pie leftovers c and a dollop of mayo
S. sf lime lemon jelly with a dollop of cream
D. tonight will be steak with a homemade peppercorn and mushroom sauce, fried tomato and some swede mash

E. 15mins cardio and took the dog out a few times :D
 
DK they are 7g of carbs lower per 100g than normal onions. !2.9g compared to 9.9g! Worth swapping :)

Thurs 16/9 - Maint
B - 200g ff greek yog with a bit of splenda and some flaxmeal mixed in - suprisingly yummy.
S - oopsie with corned beef
L - roast beef slices with salad
S - 2 babybel
D - cheeseburger pie with extra chillies and curry paste in the base - triple yummy - with cauli
S - sf jelly and cream

E - 1 hr 35 mins walk with dogbert - no rain!!!
W - usual 4litres plus coffees
A - might have one tonight - or might not depending how I feel - 10pm and still not sure lol
- I was good and didn't give in :D

I'm not a fan of chicken at all really Bren.
 
I'll have loads of chillis with it bren.
