What are we eating today?

Sounds fine Julie, if anything you need to up your green leafy veg, have a bit with your omelette too if you can. How much water are you doing? Any exercise?

Mmm Coffee I love haloumi, have some in the fridge but worried I'll scoff the lot :D

B - brunch today, bacon and eggs, 2 soya capps
D - Mattesons (very yummy) and salad
W - not enough
E - about 3 miles! :eek:
A - having a gin and slimline tonic as I type

Evening all
B/L (got up late) - ff greek yog with flaxmeal, flaxseed and splenda - with a pot of real coffee and cream - yummy
D - tesco steak diane with savoy cabbage and broccoli, was quite good for a ready type meal and only about 4 or 5 carbs - recommended.
S - a couple of spoons of clotted cream, one very small bit of my OH pecan pie, 2 squares of 85% cocoa choccy.

W - not enough, only a couple of pints
A - rest of last night's bottle of wine - will have an Irish Whisy with water shortly..............
E - 1.5 hours with dogbert
 
Hi Quak, i have 3 litres a day every day no matter what and i go on 5 20mmins walk with my dog.

Have been very full most of the day was going to have brocolli and a bit of chicken but just couldnt fit it in will add more greens tomorrow as i do love salad and veg x
 
B. Tea from last night - too busy at work to eat it
D. Nothing. Sleeping off nights.
T. Mixed kebab meat, salad, garlic mayo

D. Coffee with cream x 1, tea with milk x 1, sf squash, fizzy water

L-Mattesons sausage. Hmmm not sure about that but still managed to eat half a large one!
D-steak and salad
W-no where near enough
E-washed the whole of downstairs floor :)

Sun 10/10/10 - Maint

L - 3 egg omelette with cheese and a bit of cream
D - roast pork with loads of savoy cabbage and broccoli with a knob of butter yum
S - 4 squares of 85% cocoa chocolate and a tiny sliver of coffee cake the MiL brought with her - and I mean teeny weeny - just wanted a taste.

E - 1.5 hours with dogbert in the lovely sunshine
W - about 2 litres so far, plus coffees, trying for more water before bed
A - poured half my drink away from last night, just don't fancy it - what is wrong with me?????? :eek:

B - Atkins bar (wanted to try one before a run, need to use them up some way)
L - two roast chicken wings, cabbage/cauli/broccoli
D - Salami/pepperoni/sliced sausage and some stilton
S - Couple of sugar-free sweets for throat, will have usual mim for supper, might get some celery sticks and sour cream dip on the go soon - no salad yet today :(
W - loads, plus coffees
E - 8.2m run (fab day for it) :D
A - 0 boring work night *sigh* :rolleyes:

I didn't get out of my pit till 2.30 as i've been on night shift.

B - 2 boiled eggs, mashed up in a cup with butter and pepper
L - salad with cheese
D - stir fry with scallops
S - berries with cream
W - 1ltr + about 7 coffees (!)
 
I think it is fine Julie - I tend to do 4 litres during the week - find it much easier to drink more when I am at work.
